5 minutes from Santa Teresa, and close to the beaches. People staying were nice. Great pool.

The rooms that were offered are more like dormitory tents. lockers are provided but otherwise there are no walls so everything is open to the whole world. Whilst the place has the facilities on offer, the rooms do not and facilities such as kitchen, kettles, patio etc are in separate areas. There is no restaurant or shop on site so it is needed to buy things in Santa Teresa. Bizarrely on the last day, despite being nice during the rest of our time there, Rosy told my wife she had to leave the premises and stop making a sandwich even though we had time before checkout. Seemed very bizarre and apparently had happened previously as well, not sure there was any need for that.

the people (Mar, Damien, Anto, Rob, Shawne, this goes out to you!) and sense of community, the big pool and garden, the facilities (gym, pool table, spacious kitchen), the mgr Rosi, and the animals, especially Abu the Ardilla, and the good vibe of the simple life!

quadruple room in fact is a dorm room. it was very professional of management that this got immediately resolved by giving us a poolside ranchito when we arrived, but perhaps “dorm” could be stated in the headline of the quadruple room for us lazy ones who don’t read the small print? :)

The room was not as advertised. We booked a quad room assuming that meant we had the whole room. Really it was two beds in a shared 4-bed dorm. This should be fixed on the Booking website. There was no fan, my mattress was wiry, my pillow was lumpy, my mosquito net had numerous holes and barely fit the bed. No towels are provided. WiFi was only accessible in the common area not in the room. There are only two bathrooms for 20 people to share. The people staying there were pretty friendly. Most seem to be staying there for a long time so they had nicer beds.
