The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish and the villa was perfect. the outdoor space and pool could not be improved and inside was very clean and spacious with good aircon.
sadly we had to abort our holiday due to a family accident in the UK. The owners were very understanding and supportive. We are very sad not to have enjoyed the villa as intended but we hope to return. thank you for everything

Communication with owner was excellent both before our trip and the information in the villa. Villa in our favourite area and down a quiet cul de sac and walking distance to local bars and supermarket. Villa had everything for our holiday, reliable air con, strong comfy beds and excellent outside area with pool and most importantly good shaded areas for when the weather is hot. Definitely will stay again.

Our hosts were excellent communicators, instructions perfectly detailed and we had no problems with directions to place or in the home. Tandy and Marcus were there once a week to clean the pool and once per week to change bedding and towels and on the second week did a nice clean. They are friendly, helpful and also great on communication.
House was the best equipped that we have ever stayed and we have stayed in several. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Thank you.
The only thing that surprised us was that we were up by 530 to 6 am every day because a neighbour northwest had several dogs that would start barking and continue till about 8 am. Then start again at 530 to 630 pm . However we took advantage ofbthat by going out to explore all the wonderful historical sites and see surrounding beautiful areas.
In the afternoons we enjoyed the beautiful clean and large pool so much!
Thanks again so much Ute and Andrea for making our visit to Cyprus so wonderful!

Villa was very spacious especially for 2. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The house was spotless, bedding and towels changed at the end of first week, plenty of cleaning products and bags, how refreshing to have these provided. I owned a property in Peyia but sold in 2018 and we have rented since then as it is my second home. This is one of the best. Thank you Andrea.

We had a very pleasant 3 week holiday recently in Villa Coral Diamond. The villa is clean, well equipped and has all the necessary facilities both inside and out. The owner is extremely helpful and we've already booked another holiday in this home from home.

Amazing villa
Just returned from a wonderful week at villa coral diamond. The villa was equipped with so many little extras which made it a real home from home and there was a superb welcome pack on arrival.
The outside area was lovely ,the pool was sparkling clean and was checked/cleaned twice during the week by friendly/helpful guy called Pete, I think (sorry can't remember). We were also helped by a lovely lady called Mikeala who came out to assist with a couple of minor issues we had (mainly our fault) As soon as we rang on both occasions she responded immediately and came straight round to help us great service !
The villa is in a private ,quiet location but an easy walk (we love walking) to the beaches and many restaurants etc.
The whole process of booking was easy and communication with Andrea was great with lots of advice on covid related documentation required as well as easy to follow directions to villa.
All in all a wonderful stay in villa, a week wasn't long enough and if we come back to cyprus in the future would be hoping this villa was available as would love to return

Fantastic house - book it!
We’ve just come back from a week’s stay at Andrea’s lovely house. Everything was pretty much perfect!
Communication prior to our stay was very good, with detailed directions, check in info and general info about the area.
When we booked, we’d thought the inside looked a bit meh, but that the outside looked amazing, so were happy to book. I’m very pleased to say that the photos do not do the place justice! Not that we spent much time inside, due to the fantastic outdoors and superb weather. We were only inside for preparing food and sleeping! The cooker is a bit dated (not that we used it), otherwise everything was great, with everything we needed.
We mainly had barbecues with salads, which we ate on the outside covered terrace. There was a dining table for 6 both indoors and out, as well as 2 smaller tables for 3.
The pool was incredible! There was always someone in it whatever the time! There were a couple of lilos under the veranda, as well as 6 lovely loungers. The whole outside area is great.
There was air con in the bedrooms and living room, which was very effective. Mind you, it wasn’t needed downstairs, as opening the windows and patio door (behind the fly screen) kept a lovely breeze through the house.
The only small downside for me was the distance from most of the restaurants on the main strip. In that heat, it was about a 25 min walk. There is however, a regular bus, but we were determined to walk!
The location was nice a peaceful and about a 10 min walk from both Coral Bay and Corallia beaches. It was about a 35 min drive from the airport.
We had to contact Matt due to us messing up with the safe. He answered the phone straight away and came out first thing the next morning, as we told him there was no urgency. The guy who came to sort the pool (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) was lovely and not intrusive at all.
This was a great house and would happily stay again if coming to Cyprus. Thank you :)

Fantastic all-round!
We had an absolute fantastic holiday. The villa is easily one of the best we have stayed in so far. We loved the pool and the space around it and it's privacy. The villa was clean and had everything we could have wanted. As we are no fans of air-conditioning, we were extremely happy about fans in every room. We will definitely be back as owner was very helpful and offered a complimentary late check out, which was very much appreciated.

Nice not overlooked villa
Arrived early morning at 1.30am with fairly good directions got to the Villa OK. The only issue was no electrical power in the villa so had to use a torch on my mobile phone. Once we got up the next morning I checked the info book and it did say check the mains trip in the white box outside the villa. This had tripped so we eventually had power. The issue though it went off again in the evening so I contacted Nicky the management company who was very helpful and got someone to check the supply. It turned out to be a pool pump fuse issue so no issues after that.
The villa is in a good area down a cul-de-sac and not overlooked from the pool. Everything in the villa you would need and loads of fans to save using A/C all the time. You can only use the A/C for a maximum of 2 hours unless you press the button again.
Corillia Beach is the best beach 10 min walk and has sand not stone.
Coral Bay strip is a 20 min walk with loads of good restaurants but we found Phidias Tavern to be our favourite. Phillpos supermarket 5min drive is very good and supply everything you need with free delivery if you need.
Very good bus service to main areas.
Pafos Harbour is very nice and you can get boat trips from here. Latchi 40 min drive away also have boat trips lasting around 2.5 hrs.
The only one other issue is that at night their seems to be a lot of dogs barking but this you can not do much about.
Pool guy comes around every 2-3 days to check the pool but he is also very helpful if you need anything else and a really nice guy.
Overall pleased with the Villa just had a few issues which got solved.

Fantastic villa in a good setting with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday
The villa is well equipped and we are sorry to be going home. Location is ideal for whatever type of holiday you require and is family friendly. We found that coming away at this time of year is ideal, still hot but not uncomfortable. Food and drink in restaurants and bars are cheap, and good quality. Anyone you speak to are friendly. The supermarket down the road where they bring you and your shopping home is a great idea, makes life so easy. Great built in barbecue. Friendly local taxi drivers. I would recommend anyone to stay at this villa but not too many because we want to come back😉

A superb Villa containing everything you would ever need.
It was a great two weeks with temperatures of 35c every day. The Villa is situated in a lovely area and is a perfect place to stay. We really enjoyed it.

Fantastic!
Overall, a fantastic holiday experience. The owners were very friendly and replied to emails and queries in a timely manner. Before arrival, we received detailed information on how to locate the villa from the local airport. On arrival, the villa was very clean and in excellent condition, as well as being very well supplied with food storage and cooking equipment. The rooms were all a great size. The pool was very clean and perfect size. Lots of information was provided on local restaurants, ammenities and activities. The villa is excellently located within easy walking distance of the beach and also to coral bay centre, but not so close as to be bothered by noise at night. We were also able to tune in to English TV channels with ease, should we want to. All in all, I dont have a single bad word to say about the villa, and am very much looking forward to staying again in the future!

Lovely property in a great location
Would fully recommend this property. We stayed for a week with our teenage children and the location was perfect. We hired a car but public transport appeared to be very good and regular, with the beach walking distance.
The pool is fantastic - a great size and so refreshing at the end of a long day.
Cleanliness of the property was excellent and it had all the mod-cons we needed.
Communication with the owners was very quick and helpful.

Truly wonderful villa with luxury pool
It’s a lovely villa with luxury pool. A quite and peaceful location. Short walk to beach and restaurants and supermarket We took my husbands parents with us and they said it was one their best holiday they’ve had and best part being sitting by the pool and enjoying the ambiance!
Looking forward to going there again next year.

Villa Coral Diamond Amazing Villa October 2017
The villa was amazing and very well equipped with everything you need. It was clean and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. The location is ideal for Coral Bay approx 10 min walk. Local supermarket Phillipos is brilliant and provides a free delivery service with transportation too! Although a car is not really necessary due to the location of the Villa, we hired a car for a few days to explore beautiful Cyprus. Would definitely recommend this Villa and will be booking again. An enjoyable experience
The villa was in a quiet cul-de-sac and the security measures meant that we felt safe. It was well equipped with excellent white goods and lots of hot water. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of chairs and sunbeds within delightful surroundings - lots of beautiful flowering shrubs and trees. The area afforded quite a lot of privacy.
We had marvellous weather so that we were able to get out and about. The sandy beaches of Corallia and Coral Bay were around ten minutes walk away. We caught a bus to Paphos - ten minutes walk to the bus stop and to the small but very good supermarket. A bit closer were two restaurants and a pub.
We decided not to hire a car opting to have a healthier holiday. However, we hadn't reckoned on the heat (not complaining!) PLUS the fact that after accessing the above places, it meant that we had to walk up quite a steep hill in order to get back to the villa. Visiting the main strip of shops and restaurants also meant negotiating a steepish hill. We recognise that walking to all those places would be hard to achieve when the temperatures soar in Cyprus.
All in all, though, we had a marvellous time and Peter and Maz, the property managers were very helpful.

Absolutely Amazing no faults what so ever
We Had an amazing time at the villa. It is everything we could have wanted everything you need is within a 10 min walk like the supermarket which by the way does free deliveries back with not just your food but you too. The beach is a 10min walk in the other direction and there is plenty to do in the strip. As for the villa absolutely amazing just perfect the pool, rooms everything we could have dreamed off. A big thank you to the owners.

Lovely Private Villa with Pool
We all had a really lovely holiday here and instantly felt at home. Did not feel at all overlooked by other villas which was nice. Pool was large with steps into it, cold admittedly but worth it.
Communication was excellent throughout booking process and would not hesitate to recommend.
We hired a car for 5 days which helped getting the shopping in and for getting away from the pool for a time but could have easily managed with the 615 bus for trips out, the villa is ideally situated for both the beach and the local strip we went to the Frog and Toad for the live music Friday and Sunday and a longer walk up to the main strip.
