Das Hotel war recht neu. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben ein kostenloses Begrüßungsgetränk bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber (aber das Bad stank erbärmlich). Es gab einen (ziemlich kleinen) Fitnessraum. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer S-Bahn-Station, sodass man von dort super in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Die Lobby war mit Kuscheltieren dekoriert, was wir sehr niedlich fanden. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Hotel (gegen Aufpreis) parken.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich/wabbelig. Das Bad hat schrecklich gestunken (aus dem Abfluss?); als wir dies beim Personal beim Checkout anmerkten, bekamen wir keine Entschuldigung. Während unseres Aufenthalts richtete das Hotel in der Lobby eine Party für dänische Realitystars aus. Dies wurde uns bei der Buchung leider nicht mitgeteilt, sonst hätten wir gern woanders gebucht. So wurden wir Zeugen, wie die "Stars" besoffen vor dem Hotel gröhlten und urinierten und eine Dame klopfte um halb zehn stockbesoffen an unsere Zimmertür und versuchte, sich Zutritt zu verschaffen. Beim Frühstück herrschte eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre, weil es sehr wuselig war und überall dreckiges Geschirr stand (die Gäste sollten es eigentlich selbst zur Geschirrrückgabe bringen, aber das funktionierte leider nicht). Alles in allem stimmte in unseren Augen das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Problem with TV and tech staff had gone home. Offered different room but didn't bother.. No in-room coffee.

Not what it said in the description that its sound isolated, could hear the neighbors and everything. No drawer or something to store your clothes and the glass was dirty

The train was in some steps to the city centers The atmosphere in Lobby was very good . The hotel ist good organized, the reception was nice. The breakfast was the same in 4 days of our stay, but it was good quality und enough. The room was every day cleaned. We feel good there

Hotel is well located, area is clean and nice. It is about 450 m from Sydhavn station. From Sydhavn station to central station it is 2 stops - 5 minutes. By bike it is about 10 minutes - it depends on your speed. You can rent a bike for 300 DKK/day at the hotel, or you can rent a bike in the city f.e. from Donkey Republic for better price. Staff is nice, hotel is modern, clean. Queen Room was perfect choice, it was cleaned every day. At the breakfast, you have choice of milk (fat,light, oat, lactose-free), one yoghurt, a lot of cereals. You have also sausages, eggs, ham, cheese, butter, fruits, vegetables, great FRESH! bread, small pastries (like small croissants, donuts,…), pancakes with jam/nutella. Coffee, tea, water, juices. I think everything what you need :)). So I didn’t understand people who weren’t satisfied with breakfast in the reviews. I think these people are greedy. Copenhagen is beautiful, when you do not choose those crowded places with tourists. The mentality of the Danish people is incomparable with the mentality of Central Europeans, the Danish people are very hospitable and nice.

This was a fairly good hotel, but it was quite overpriced for location and space. The room was small, and there was no closet or desk space, but it was sufficient if you spent most of the time outside the hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is 15 min from the center, but location has a feel of industrial part of the city. There is no walking around or shops/restaurants around.

The hotel was well-decorated and clean. The room was also clean and comfy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. It's not in the city center, but the train station is in 5 min walk. We really liked it.

On our last night at 6 a.m., the emergency alarm started for no reason. With all the other customers, we evacuated the hotel. It was found that there was an error in the system, but it was a bit scary in the first place.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable and cheap!

The property has a fun vibe, and offers bicycles for rent through the front desk which was handy. The breakfast ran out of meat and eggs and the cost was about $30 per person. 

The room we had was freezing cold! It hovered around 60°F /16°C. We stayed in late April, and by that time they had turned on their air conditioners and turned off the heating systems. They said to simply turn up the rooms thermometer to the max, but it just blew cold air all night. It was TERRIBLY uncomfortable shivering all night long. I didn’t sleep one bit. I’m guessing several other people complained because the heating systems were turned on the next night. 

Cool, modern style hotel with good breakfast and close to the city (by bicycle).

Not enough tables for breakfast. Can't turn off aircon. Not enough possibilities to hang your clothes and jackets.

Non communication due to false fire alarm - it was a huge drawback. And it took 2 hours to switch off the siren inside the rooms.

Very high tech, which can be hard on our generation, 69+, but we learned and survived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. First time ever being checked in at the reception desk which is also a bar by a receptionist who is also a bartender, but it worked out great. I didn't realize how far we were from Copenhagen city center, but once the recept/bartender explained how to use the Metro and how close it was, about a 2 minute walk away, we had no issues. He suggested buying the Copenhagen Card so we where able to ride public transportation for free plus free entry into many attractions. Very glad we did!

Never did figure out the TV and would have liked to have a small frig and coffee maker in the room.

Staff were very friendly.

No kettle in room, air con not working, lifts were out of order for a while, room very small, bed was comfy though.
