Bit noisy as was over the square

Great space for those looking for funky, roomy apartment on the main square. Friday night was noisy till 1 am, but we expected that. Balcony over the square was a nice bonus. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Included bedroom, good sized bath, tiny kitchen (we didn't use) and living room with couch and table/chairs.

Very central location along the main square with easy parking at the municipal lot a few blocks away. Friendly staff, lovely to have a separate kitchen. Reception was not staffed after 8 but they were there when we arrived and check-in and check-out were smooth.

Can get noisy with the cafes on the square open until late. Tip: for a warm shower, be sure to turn on the hot water from the electrical panel.

Nice room with a large bathroom and separate lounge. Very cute small kitchenette! Lovely staff and delicious breakfast at the nearby cafe. Very quiet air con.

The location of the hotel is great in regards to accessibility of the town but we had a room overlooking the main square and it was really noisy at night- sounded like people having moped races?! Lots of shouting- it was a Wednesday night. Also the balcony has lights which cannot be turned off at night making the room very light. If you like a quiet, dark room this is probably not for you. Others have mentioned the art and presentation of the rooms which I agree to an extent but the room looked a bit tired like it could do with a lick of paint.

The room we got at first was not as pictured, location right at the reception. Room was changed and issue resolved to our full satisfaction.

The space is extremely thoughtfully prepared. Everything you need and also things you don’t, just for comfort. A beautiful, clean, perfectly located space!

Booked this room for my Father and Mother in law for a one night stay in the heart of Kalamata. They enjoyed their stay the room was good and the location ideal. A good breakfast was served in a restaurant literally at the front door. The hosts were polite and helpful.

Street parking was not easy as parking regulations change in August (or so I was told) and it was nigh on impossible to park on the street (Legally). Luckily there is a big carpark located quite closely to the hotel and it was only a few euros for the night. We did have a few moments of confusion finding the hotel but we got there in the end.

Too expensive for the value. They sell themselves as a hotel but in reality it is an aparthotel without any 24 hour service

The room was situated above a busy street bus no noise was coming in which was brilliant. I presume all rooms are different, ours (Purple something) had a very interesting glass walled shower-room, allowing to see all the "action" from the bed. There are curtains to hide the view if one wants, and as a couple it was rather fun.

In fairness we loved every but of our stay, but the aforementioned shower-room is an acquired taste: make sure you're comfortable enough with the other person if you share the room. Wouldn't want to share this room with parents/kids :-D

Location wise the hotel is very centric and accessible from everywhere. Easy to get to the beach, hundreds of shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The receptionist in the motor was very friendly and always happy to help with whatever request you came to her (sorry didn’t find out her name). The guy in the evening was a bit less approachable but ok. The rooms are big enough (we had a 2 bedroom suite), the bathroom is good with shampoos, shower gels and some other kits thats are quite useful during your travels. There was a lack of storage, for three nights we kept everything in our luggage but for a longer trip it would be too hard. The mini kitchenette is a nice thought but impossible to use as there is just no space for it. The noise from the restaurants downstairs was bearable and not too long into the night either. Overall it was a great stay for us, but if you would prefer to cook a bit, doubt you will enjoy doing it there.
