Perfect ski in/out condo for my son and me. Would stay here again.

Fantastically located property, right near the Viewline Hotel. The property is comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of great amenities. Two we enjoyed the most were a very nicely stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, etc) and the heated floors. The ABL Concierge service is fantastic as well and responsive to questions.

Condo and location fantastic! Only suggestion- put in a key pad door lock. We had 4 people skiing and only 1 key in the lock box… tricky for coming and going at different times Hot tub amazing!

Great location for skiiers - very close to slopes and Snowmass Village. The kitchen is very well-stocked, beds super comfortable - really nice to have washer and dryer in the unit! only suggestion would be more storage in bedrooms and bed side tables. Note also that the '5th' person (listing states 'sleeps 5') sleeps on the couch, which is not a fold-out. Worked fine for our group, though! Highly recommend...

Just a short walk to the slopes. Great management and communication. Kitchen had all that was needed. Hot tubs are wonderful.

Well appointed, comfortable condo. Short walk to Upper Snowmass Village and access to Fanny Hill gondola drop off and Ski short distance to Village Express ski lift or just a little further walk or ski to the bottom of Elk Camp Gondola. Kitchen has what you need to make your breakfast and dinner before and after skiing or restaurants within walking distance. Hot tubs and pool were fabulous! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our hosts for making things go so smoothly for check-in and check-out.

Amazing location and easy to walk to slopes with kids!

At first I was worried that this unit was on the ground floor, near a side road, but it was the perfect location. So easy to load/unload, walk to Snowmass mall etc. It was quiet and convenient and the furnishings were beautiful.

We loved the condo! Terrific location for skiing and dining in Snowmass. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed 10 nights in January and had a great visit. The location for skiing is exceptional with ski-in/ski-out available and lots of amenities nearby. The living area had wonderful natural light and interesting books & artwork. The beds were very comfortable! Our guest bedroom included a small humidifier which was very welcome. We had a few mechanical issues (fireplace was finicky, oven stuggled to stay hot, guest bath showerhead was pretty feeble) but nothing that ruined our stay and the management was easy to reach and very responsive. Be mindful of the early check-out (10am) and 4pm check-in. I'm sure in slower times of the year there is some flexibility but none while we were there in peak season. Despite no formal dining area or table, we happily ate at the counter or sitting on the floor at the coffee table. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with pantry basics, spices, and lots of cookware. All in all a very nice stay for my first time in Aspen. Our group of 4 were all very happy.

The location is great, we enjoyed be so close to the mountain. We decided to drive due to COVID and Doug mentioned there was parking onsite. It would have been nice to know there was a fee ahead of time. It was minimal But it would have been nice to know. After a late night/early morning at a wedding, we were not thrilled for the 5:30 am smoke alarm going off and hard to discount. When the second one went off a few hours later it was more frustrating. You would hope a location like this would be more proactive and change at the start of the year.

Walk down the street skiing and a block to great food. Our daughter loved getting the s’mores and riding the Gondola.

We stayed in September and the temperatures were warmer than usual for that time of year. The unit does not have AC so we had to have the windows open. There were traffic and people noises late into the night. Made sleeping a little difficult at times, but overall a very nice place and we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the luxury soft goods, clean, elegant and convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent from the booking, to the check in, to the stay. The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything was spotless, in excellent condition and comfortable. There is a keurig with pods, lots of spices, soaps, shampoo and plenty of paper products. The location (one street above the upper village) is convenient to buses and restaurants. Parking is just across the street. Charlie, the property manager, was a great communicator and made the check in so clear and easy. He texted a couple of times to make sure all was well. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

If you are going to Snowmass whether in the winter or summer this is the perfect getaway, inside and out. In the inside, the place is meticulous, spacious and comfortable. So much thought has been giving, from robes in the bathrooms to all the amenities in the kitchen. Beds are super comfortable as well. And as far as the outside, it is in a perfect location for ski in/out in the winter or short walk/drive to many great hiking trails near by. Also, the market and restaurants are super close. This is a total winner!!!

This condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be! Being on the corner, it was easily accessible with breathtaking views of the Aspen trees. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and skiing.. Vivian, the property manager, made sure I had everything I needed in the well stocked kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family including all of the groceries I needed! I had hoped to be able to decorate before my husband arrived since we were celebrating his 50th birthday and she even made that happen along with a champagne toast when we walked in! It was such an amazing place that we felt like it was straight out of a Hallmark movie! I highly recommend this condo and ABL Concierge! Vivian, Charlie, Jay and Doug thought of everything and made the planning for me stress free. They made reservations to wonderful restaurants, arranged transportation for the entire trip with Gold Leaf Limo......Cameron, our driver/friend, was outstanding.......and reserved/rented everything we needed for skiing and snowmobiling.. Thank you for making this a dream come true 50th birthday vacation for my husband!!! We will be back!
