Loved the unit, was really comfortable and location is great. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms neat and dishwasher big plus

Awesome place, right on the beach.
Easy access / 1-5min walk to restaurants
View is amazing - Ground and second floor
Rooms/Bathrooms have a modern feel.
Kitchen is well equipped.
Couch is comfortable with a nice size TV
Dinning room table, well a great size, seemed a bit pointless where it was - Person preference
Charcoal Braai could do with a bit of attention - Did the job either way.

Everything was perfect even the weather. The security was outstanding. Our neighbors were also welcoming and friendly. We felt at home. Shopping was also not a problem as Spar was a walking distance away.
The wifi ruined everything as my family preferred using it and the Netflix but we only got it on the fourth or third day. Loadshedding did not disturb us as we also had our own extra lights

The keys to the apartment should be properly identified with its own tag for each door. we battled with this. The Trellis door gate was missing and the caretaker came and left another one for us.

Location was perfect, views were amazing. Having 3 bathrooms really was helpful. We enjoyed being right on the beach. It was a dream to wake up to those views and to be able to literally step on the beach in a matter of seconds. The pool was a great size and was super clean which we enjoyed thoroughly
Place needs a broom and mop, just for us to tidy up.
Sliding door was broken so we had to keep it close.
Fridge and dishes need to be washed properly. Fridge had a fishy smell.

Spent my 40th birthday weekend away with Family and we loved our stay...The locate was Perfect..few meters walks and you on the beach
..I would visit this unit again :)
Only issue ..no aircons for this heat now..
The furniture could be upgraded..as the dinning room chairs could not be sat on..and Unit 7 space in lounge is to tight..and walls and bathrooms need better cleaning

I liked almost everything..all the rooms were perfect,nice sea view..had a great stay..we really enjoyed ourselves nd will definitely come back
The only problem we had is that we did not have the WiFi which was a little let down for us especially the kids as they were looking forward to it..otherwise everything else was perfect

I liked everything about this place. It's such an amazing place from the view, the interior, the pool, comfortable beds, the fact that they have Netflix was a bonus. Amazing accommodation.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed the stay. Was easy access to the beach, shops, food outlets. Was really enjoyable and we will definitely be back bu for a longer stay.

Location is excellent. Access in and out was easy. View of the ocean stunning. Walking distance from restaurant's and shops
Beds very hard and not comfortable. Seemed to have a Film Crew in the unit above that seemed to be moving furniture all night which you could hear in our unit. Braai facility could be upgraded. Stayed in other accommodation on Ballito beachfront before that were definitely a cut above this unit with same views etc..
