Posizione e servizio ottimo. Colazione molto varia e buona e abbiamo potuto prenotare un bus direttamente in hotel con pick up all'ora desiderata. C'era anche servizio spa con buoni prezzi e bar panoramico all'ottavo piano. Smart tv

La camera avrebbe dovuto essere non fumatori e invece ho trovato della cenere sul comodino. Niente di grave però ci vuole più attenzione

The hotel is in a very good location facing the river across a wide road. We were able to check in early which we appreciated. We had asked for a river view which we had from our room on the side. Breakfast was good. We took a private tour of four islands. The guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable. We paid the guide direct. Be prepared to tip the boat driver and lady with the rowing boat. We knew the details of the trip before we booked but it is not accurately reflected in the leaflet from reception - it's three hours long (not all day) and does not go to Ben Tre. A taxi back to HCMC airport cost 1.2 m VND.

We needed a second chair of the balcony. There was a private function with loud music on the second floor one evening. Reception said it should finish at 10 pm but it went on later.

Love the location and love the family room with an open window so we can have a stunning view

Location was premium. Staff and housekeeping were exceptional, food was excellent.

The wait staff in the bar are deplorable. If you want a drink, you must go up to the bar and request it. There is no service, ever.

Good location on the river front. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Short taxi ride to Pagoda.
