House rules and pet information is only made available after the reservation. No blackout curtains. Breakfast buffet doesn't offer much. Check-in was made by someone that hardly spoke English. Also as a suggestion, having a bell at the entrance would be great so you don't have to walk around looking for someone to check-out.

Beautiful gem outside of Sesimbra. The house is stunning, the inside decorated beautifully, the outside is breathtaking. If you want to stay somewhere where you are welcomed so nicely and want some relaxing time after a day in the city this is it. cannot recommend this place enough.

The gorgeous lush garden even had a heated pool. Very helpfull staff makes you feel at home instantly. The tranquility of the location, and still within 40 minutes distance of Lisboa, but also amazing beautiful deserted beaches and delightfull restaurants makes this a fabulous location. To be repeated!

Very nice clean and safe place, with a very supportive host. Very close to Três Bicas beach! Nice place to rest near the sea and seefood restaurants.

Polite stuff , good service. Quite and clean. Pool with heated water (28 C ). Nice garden. Close Pizza restaurant.

Not easy to get if you don't have a car. Bold and Uber don't work here

one of the nicest places i visited. the room and the place is very nice,well furnished, very clean, really a beautiful place, there is a swimming pool , and a place to sit outside together with the other guests. the host and the stuff are amazing, very nice and helpful. very close to some beaches.

Peaceful and quiet. Host was very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t use the pool as we were there for only one night but the garden, pool area and terrace were amazing.

the only thing that we did not like was the fact that there was an extra charge to stay in the pool after 2 pm at the check-out day. we understand that it may be an additional source of income, but it is unpleasant to be kicked out of the pool (that was completely empty, we were the only people there) because we didn’t pay the additional €15 per pax, which seems petty to charge (for the use of the pool only) to guests who have already paid for a room. we would have with left a better impression if we were charged more for the room, but then allowed to take advantage of the pool longer (subject to availability). Our feeling is that the negative impact of kicking out guests or chasing them to pay this fee is going to be bigger than the revenue that they make out of this policy. It was uncomfortable for us, and the only reason why we would think twice before booking again or recommending to friends this amazing space!

I loved everything. Quiet, family place. It’s all you need to wind up, far from the city nois close to nature, but still close if you want to go ;) Also, great beaches within a walking distance. Great hosts, they, and this place, provides everything you might need for relaxation. Not my first time here and I’ll be back for sure!
