Questo condominio è moderno, spazioso e molto pulito! È dotato di un open space al livello principale con cemento finito in tutta la grande cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo da pranzo in altezza pub e zona soggiorno con posti a sedere ampia ed elegante. Godetevi i servizi aggiornati in tutta la casa; una grande TV a schermo piatto con cavo nella zona giorno e in omaggio. Il secondo livello presenta sabbia e finiture in legno e due camere da letto private, ognuna con un bagno completo. Ancora un livello, per prima cosa incontri uno splendido accessorio sulla terrazza sul tetto; un angolo bar con un mini-frigo e un sacco di spazio di preparazione. Beds were super comfortable. Roof top deck was definitely a plus- we sat outside every night and played cards!! Very short trip to Broadway! Very convenient that there is a Dollar General across the street! Coffee pods were even provided!! Definitely would recommend!

We had an amazing weekend in Nashville. The place was close to all the highlights that downtown had to offer. Hosts were very easy to work with, and we enjoyed late nights on the rooftop patio. We would definitely recommend this place.

The condo worked for us - suited to 2 adult couples. Loved the style of it online yet in person it’s a little run down. Sofa is very uncomfortable - cushions collapsed into the frame. Dishwasher rack was broken off the track. The ironing board were broken beyond use. The condo overall could use a thorough cleaning. Yet, the king bed was very comfortable & sheets were clean. Plenty of extra pillows & blankets. There were previous comments about the location/neighborhood but we didn’t mind it at all. After the 4th fireworks it was very quite & easy to get any where we needed. Also you can see the downtown fireworks from the street sidewalk. Suggestions - add a full length mirror somewhere & towel hooks in the master bath. Also, not a fan of the square toilets.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. Short Uber to downtown nightlife. Easy to travel by car to shop or anything else. The check in code did not work. That took a little bit to get figured out. 2nd time it did not work and was completely my fault. One number off. The unit was beautiful. There needs to be coverings on the upper windows in the bedrooms. Noise level was high on the street side. And it rained quite a bit last night and water came inside the front door. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much! Would like to see window coverings next time otherwise it would not be ideal to stay there. Waking up at sunrise every day was tough.

The location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, and that's why we selected this property. The property was clean and as advertised. The local area is not the best, but we didn't have any problems with crime while we were there. A full length mirror would be a great addition to the property, but overall we would definitely stay here again. Also, it's a serious bummer that you can't check-in even one minute before time, even if the property is sitting empty. The lock is on a timer and that was pretty annoying, but the ad did say this was the case.

The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy; great communication with the Property managers and not too far from all the action on Broadway (about a 10-20 minute Uber drive depending on time of day and traffic. Loved the cafe "Shugga Hi" across the street; super cute with great food, service and of course...music!

We liked how close the place was to everything.
The place was not clean nor did it smell very good. Who ever has stayed there before us must have cooked seafood. For the ENTIRE week we were there, the smell was horrible. We contacted the property listing about the smell. Maintenance was there within an hour. He took apart the sink and determined that seafood had been put down the garbage disposal.
There were dirty dishes in the sink when we got there. The furniture/bed was horribly uncomfortable.
We enjoyed our trip to Nashville but most definitely will not be staying at this VRBO again.

Overall nice accommodations. Neighborhood was questionable for early morning walks and easy access to coffee shops. There’s a bit of traffic outside the second bedroom window, but it dies down after 10pm. The rooftop patio was a nice place to hang.

It was great. There’s three levels of stairs and we walked ALOT so be prepared for stairs and walking. Drinks can get a little pricey downtown. Overall a great trip and the condo was clean and spacious. Great for two couples or a couple with older kids.

This was a great place to stay. About a 5 to 7 min drive to Broadway. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so you didn't have to worry when you got back late. Roof top sitting area was nice. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The ease of check out was fantastic. I would totally stay here again. If I had to list and cons it would be the view of downtown is obstructed by a new big building. Which is not really a con and during check in the instructions were wrong. it said to push the star key not the check mark. I had to call the manager of the property. He was so understanding and nice and we fixed the problem right away. After that we had no issues at all. I just wish we had more time in Nashville!

Very clean with everything you may need for your stay. Uber rides took no more than three minutes for pick up with a quick ride down town. Not much to do around the property but we rented just for the downtown Nashville experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We have used VRBO a number of times. This property as clean but not as comfortable as most. Living room furniture and maser bedroom mattress was less than expected. Televisions difficult and never did find a local news station. Fridge had nothing so if you plan to cook you best bring EVERYTHING YOU NEED right down to the Pam spray. Boys next door were shooting off really loud and large fireworks and when we went out to load the car we were greeted by a large unattended German Shepard. Otherwise it was a great time in Nashville. Thanks

This place was decorated so nice! Very comfortable beds, and we loved having coffee in the rooftop each morning. The neighborhood wasn’t conducive to walking anywhere, and there weren’t any local places nearby, but we felt safe with the security system and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was pretty much as advertised. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but place was perfect for two couples with separate bed & bath on 2nd floor. Only complaint would’ve be traffic noise and both bedrooms need blinds for gable windows. Look forward to our next trip back!

This is a great condo just outside of the downtown area. It's only about a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway, and we had no problems getting rides the whole time we were there. It's really close to East Nashville, which I highly recommend visiting...SO many great restaurants and shops without all the Broadway crowds, and you still get all the Live music. If you want to dine in, you can get anything you want delivered via DoorDash or Uber Eats. Do yourself a favor, trust me, get Pizza from Five Points Pizza...it's life changing. Honestly the best pizza I've ever had, thank me later. The Condo itself is really perfect...it has everything you need. It's definitely in an up and coming area, not going to sugar coat it, but we never felt unsafe...and we had our 2 daughters with us for the Taylor Swift concert. The rooftop deck is a huge benefit, we loved having our coffee and drinks up there. The kitchen was great, even the ice from the refrigerator door was good. Sorry that's a pet peeve of mine with most rentals, as it's typically not. If I HAD to critique anything, I will say those transom windows in the bedrooms are brutal first thing in the morning...once the sun rises, you're up...Lol!! Alex with Playlist Properties was absolutely great, he was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, as we see this area continuing to grow and grow. Don't forget to get the Five Points Pizza!!

I’ll start by saying I’m never one to really leave a bad review but I have mixed feelings about my stay. I booked in January, and I’m sure at that time the massive new building they are building wasn’t there that basically blocks one of the nicest things about this rental. Pictures need to be updated, and perhaps maybe other views to know that all other views show you looking at trash & debris. This was my first trip to Nashville, and I had my children with me. Although it didn’t seem like the safest place I never felt in danger. It was quiet as far as neighbors but there was constant dog barking from across the street in one of the many abandoned parking lots. The unit itself was lovely. Decor was also nice, but the pictures your looking at from when it was built in 2017 are the same pictures. The walls are dingy, it’s clear when something needs to be fixed it’s touched up and pushed under the rug. To say this place needs to be cleaned is an understatement. I had to clean before we used showers, appl, etc.

This is an awesome property. Well appointed and convenient. We had two couple and this space worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the roof deck for relaxing and visiting. Easy check in/out and communication with the the property manager was excellent. I would highly recommend.

4 adults went to Nahville for a 60th birthday trip. We enjoyed the property and having Dollar General close by was nice! We used Uber for our transporation.
