We arrived in the morning as we had a night flight into San Antonio, once we arrived at the hotel the Manager and staffed greeted us. They were able to find us rooms that we available and we were able to sleep a few hours before heading to my sisters for my Mother’s 90th birthday celebration. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.

The front seat staff were really nice and helpful. when we got there it was nice and clean and breakfast to me was amazing. IT WAS FREE!!

I didn’t like that I could hear my upstairs neighbors kids running like crazy all late at night couldn’t really sleep. I did tell front desk and they did inform them but it didn’t work they continued to be loud running like crazy. I didn’t like how lazy room service were. We ask could they clean our room while we go out for the day since we been there for 3days already. they said yes. came back from our outing and they didn’t even change our sheets and told us that they did. only thing they did was vacuum the floor. They did give us towels we had to go downstairs to get them.

staff was friendly when we arrived. I forgot her name but she is so welcoming about all the amenities of the hotel. It was amazingly clean. Quiet and far from the craziness of San Antonio downtown.

I loved everything

The staff was really nice and the room was so comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It even had dishes for guest use.

The only complaint I have is that the staff did not prepare enough food for Sunday breakfast. Breakfast is from 6:30-10:00, and by 9:00 there was hardly nothing left. Thank God I was able to have my morning coffee and leftovers from the night before.

Good location for our needs. Desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The entrance is not clearly marked and the main door is perpendicular to the parking so it’s a little confusing the first time you go there.

I was not happy with the Breakfast, sorry but need to add more variety, toast, waffles, to call it like more breakfast food. That's my opinion.

Everything! The facilities are very clean. I loved the room, super cleaned. I'm impressed with the kitchen supplied with utensils, small electric stove, and tableware, among others. A modern and supplied bathroom. Spacious room. Easy and fast check in and check out. I recommend it.

May improve the variety of breakfast, As recommendation, it would be great if they extend the breakfast hours.

It takes 5minutes to Seaworld It has a convenient kitchen.
