The location

1. The bed was a foldable couch covered in fake leather! 2. The walls were pealing off 3. The shower was clogged 4. The AC were working only when it was not hot, when hot the break would trip 5. Wifi connectivity was 3mbps upload less than one upload 6. No drier or any way to dry off cloths 7. The tv has from a different century and cracked 8. No shampoo or paper towels not even for a day!!

The bed was comfy

We were checked in late, which resulted in HD Properties not explaining about keys or codes for building, resulting in me and my 3 year old daughter been locked out on night 1 and almost locked out night 2. My daughter has additional needs and I had no access to her belongings. No support offered. We also had an issue with ants, and was unable to use the kitchen(which was why I had booked a self catering) neither HD Properities or booking.com have been very supportive of the issue. Never again. There is a lot of construction work right beside it.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Very quiet in that the other residents were very quiet. Two bathrooms were ideal. Lovely grounds and pool, very clean and well maintained. Taxi service was excellent from Alberto.

We specifically booked an apartment with a sea view, but nobody informed us that the view on the website is no longer there. Very disappointed. I would say its false advertising. Also we were unable to stay by the pool during the day because of the noise from the building projects all around us. An apartment booked for 3 adults should have adequate seating on the balcony. The poolside sun loungers were not very comfortable.

Proximity to beach

Booked because of sea view. There was no sea view because of building being constructed. Very noisy.

perfect location with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. quiet gated complex with a great pool.

We were disappointed as we had to leave the apartment after a few days due to a leak in the boiler. We were accommodated in a very nice apartment in the centre of Quarteira, but we had no pool or garden area.

Beautiful location but perfect distance away from the busy local town, exceptional service and customer care from staff
