I was taken to another property owned by his daughter which was a 1 bed house. no heating, damp wall in bedroom. very cold. had to walk to Casa Phoenix for breakfast.

the host was very friendly and caring. the accommodation clear and welcoming. every effort was made to ensure you enjoyed your stay with them. sandwiches for our trip back home. special thanks for making us feel special.

Breakfast was great

We were greeted by Remi, the host who was so friendly and could even speak five languages. The property was much more than we expected and was lovely to relax in the evening in the comfortable, cozy lounge. Remi asked what time we would like our breakfast to be served the next morning and oh what a delight it was. Being an ex chef, he presented us with a delicious continental breakfast which was more than we could eat but we tried our best. Thank you Remi. We would certainly love to visit you again in the not too distant future.

A fantastic little gem of a place. The host Reme, went out of his way to make sure we were happy 😊 Value for money, couldn't fault it in anyway at all. The food he lovingly prepared for us on arrival and breakfast (see stunning photo) was just beautiful - thank you.

Host Remi was great!

Have never met an owner like Remi, who offers so much. A remarkable man, loved his conversation, etc. He went more than 100% to do everything for us, so helpful. Food provided was of restaurant standard (he used to be a chef), he is so proud of the way he presents his food. It tastes excellent too. Look forward to staying at Casa Phoenix again.

There was nothing that could be improved on.

The host was very accommodating, nothing was too much. Having ornamental food on the breakfast platter led us to believe the manager was a former chef, which was confirmed on our stay. Location on the Urbanisation was close to shops & restaurants/bars. A short drive to Lidl, Aldi, Waitrose and Iceland International stores.

Our stay was too short. In windy conditions, the flag poles of patriotic Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, British, German and Belgian homeowners (to name but a few) dinged occasionally, like a wind chime. Outside of the UK school holidays, some restaurants has closed for their vacations.

The host was very warm and welcoming.

The bathroom was too small. The mattresses were quite old and not comfortable.

Remi is a cosmopolitan host who knows a lot to talk about. We enjoyed our stay and our time with him. Breakfast was rich and nicely decorated.

We loved it, handly for bars and restaurants and for our work. Also nice and quiet

Wow where do I start .....Remmie is the best host you can ever ask for. He is kind and loves people. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Our breakfast was a work of art. He is a very rare kind of human with amazing stories about his time as a top chef. We will certainly come back.

Friendliness of the host ‘Remi’

It was a very nice stay. The host was very kind, made coffee and sandwiches once we arrived. The breakfast was also very delicious. The area is very quiet and the apartment has a nice terrace and rooftop. Very recommended. All the best.
