My husband and I found this property while seaching for a family friendly, low key Spring Break vacation and it did not disappoint. The posted pictures are 100% accurate. The views are amazing. The location of the room was perfect, close to, but not right above the pool. The upgraded kitchen was nice. Our boys (8,10,12) enjoyed the pool daily and could easily walk down a few steps to be right on the beach!! Resturants and shopping were close, some within walking distance. My only complaint is there the last 2 days of our stay beach restoration was going on, so while our beach was accessible, there was large equipment traffic up and down the beach all day. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We got in late and called the property manager who helped us right away! Very courteous! Place slept nice/comfortable and had all the luxuries needed for a home away from home. The only thing better would have been to have had our own laundry unit in the place but a quick walk down the hallway there was a place that you could pay to use. The views were amazing and the pool was nice to jump in after the ocean!

This is a great unit with beautiful views. We appreciated the balcony being away from the pool. The beach access is easy, and there is a sizable platform to hose off yourself and all your beach gear. The property may be a little older; however, it is exceptionally well-kept.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! The views, the pool and the beach are beautiful. The condo is very clean comfortable and updated. We spent a relaxing four days swimming, beach combing and enjoying the scenery and time with family! Communication with the property Manager is excellent. We could not have been more satisfied!

Beautiful 3rd floor views from full wall width sliders and windows. Could see 3 rocket launches from Space Center. Great food choices within 2 miles with fast food , Publix and local eateries. Great cleaning crew and maintenance on site. Comfortable seating and updated kitchen with every utensil you could need.

Paradise Beach Club is just what we needed for extra room when our family came into town. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach, pool, and location are wonderful. Cindy and Wendy were very accommodating and great to work with. We will be booking here again!

Property is great and just as listed. All is clean and we would definitely not only recommend but return as our daughter plays for USSSA Pride and we are in the area quite often from Virginia. The views are the BEST.

What a great place! The condo was clean, well kept and very comfortable. The balcony was my favorite place - such an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Watching the sunrise was amazing! The beach was so nice and pretty empty of people. Publix was just a short walk up the road and a great Mexican restaurant and ice cream shop were a short drive away. Satellite Beach is a perfect place to relax and recharge.

Super easy to access and enjoy the weather and beach! We were surprised to have a renovated kitchen when we arrived. On top of that the kitchen was well-appointed with pots/pans and utensils. Location wise it was great. 30 min to Cocoa Beach and about 30 min to Sebatian Inlet. We explored a lot from this location! Great stay!

Wonderful clean condo with beautiful views. Shelling was spectacular, we found loads of amazing treasures! Everything I could have asked for and more. I would love to come back!

We have stayed here twice now and we find the location and property to be excellent. We like the pet friendly areas although we did not have a pet on this visit. The unit was very comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this location so close to the ocean.

The appt was clean and beautiful with beautiful beach view. Due to inclement weather in Chicago our flight got delayed for 9 hours but the management was kind enough to let us stay little longer and allowed us to check out late.

Could have stayed another week. Very relaxing, wonderful location. Would definitely go back for another stay.

Everything about our stay was great. The beach was amazing and quiet. The pool was perfect. Grocery store right across the street was key. We were a bit annoyed about the construction next door, but they never bothered us. The ocean was louder than the construction. All and all a great trip.

Renting this property was easy! We enjoyed the check-in process. Location is convenient to grocery stores & dining. It met our needs!

The listing is exactly like the pictures. It's a cozy condo on the beach with everything you need for a perfect family getaway. The view is spectacular.

This was a relaxing place to stay, with in minutes of our arrival unbeknownst to us their was a shuttle launch and we just happened to be on the balcony to see it. We didn't realize we would be so excited to see and hear this, it was cool! Anyway, great place overall it was quiet given the number of families we saw. Short drive to everything, I would definitely stay again. Only negative was maybe the A/C never seemed to get really cold even with keeping the sliders closed.

Although in an older building, the apartment is completely renovated and beautiful. Just the uninterrupted view of the ocean is worth so much to enjoy the trip. They have all you would need to make your stay pleasant.

4 Night stay, in town to visit family. Beautiful ocean views, clean and comfortable unit. Convenient location, near Publix and restaurants.

This Unit is a hidden Gem. the outside is a little dated but you walk in the front door and the view is breath taking! it was so clean and bright and had views out every window. There was plenty of Beach items, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards and the Pool was fantastic and it felt as if we had a private beach to our selves. My Kids, Wife and I didn't want to leave. It is really close to Cocoa beach and all the fun things around but is far enough away to avoid some of the larger crowds. The communication was great from the Management .We will definitely be back!!

Some of the provided beach equipment was broken, we bought new things and left to add to the collection! Everything was perfect otherwise.

A great location right on the beach. The beach in this area was not crowded at all when we visited (April). The condo was lovely with everything we needed for a great stay!

Living room furniture old and smelly needs replacing, curtain missing hooks. Plus on the blender , pool was closed a few days without explanation. Overall would book again if changes are made.
