Condo with screened porch on the bluffs of Lake Taneycomo!
Questo condominio con due camere da letto e 2 bagni nella comunità recintata di campi da golf di Pointe Royale è stato ampiamente ristrutturato da pavimenti, armadi, controsoffitti, anche dalle finestre. Si tratta di un'unità di tipo walk-in a soli 4 passi dal parcheggio. La cucina completamente attrezzata offre mobili in ciliegio, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il soggiorno vanta un invitante camino a legna con cornice in pietra ardesia, comodi divani (tra cui un letto matrimoniale) e ha accesso diretto a un meraviglioso portico schermato. Il nostro portico schermato è un modo fantastico per goderti un caffè, rilassarti e guardare la fauna selvatica nelle scogliere boscose dietro il condominio. Siamo situati in cima alle scogliere che si affacciano sul lago Taneycomo! Le piscine interne ed esterne, la vasca idromassaggio, i campi da tennis, il negozio professionale e la club house con ristorante sono proprio dall'altra parte della strada!
Questa è una cabina walk-in con quattro mezze scale, quindi non dovrai portare la tua spesa pesante o i bagagli su e giù per un'intera rampa di scale! La suite matrimoniale ha un letto "sleep number" king-size in modo da poter regolare la fermezza di ciascun lato in base alla morbidezza / compattezza desiderata e il master ha anche accesso diretto al portico schermato. C'è una cabina doccia di grandi dimensioni nel bagno padronale. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e accesso al bagno in sala. Ci sono due TV a schermo piatto (nella camera da letto principale e nel soggiorno) e Internet wireless. Tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi, così come i pavimenti in ciliegio, le piastrelle di ceramica e la moquette più recente (gennaio 2015). Rimani nel lusso. Nessun'altra unità di noleggio è paragonabile!
Pescatori :: Il vicino lago Table Rock vanta un'eccellente pesca. All'interno di Pointe Royale, a pochi passi dal condominio, si accede direttamente all'eccellente pesca alla trota sul lago Taneycomo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved Pointe Royale amenities. Pool, tennis, pickleball courts, gym and restaurant were all very nice and clean. And just across the street. Easy little walk. The screened in back balcony was so nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. Was hoping to see the river behind us more but the trees are too full. We would definitely book here again.

Host was super responsive. Condo was very clean and cozy. Great location to local attractions. If I had to leave one critique it would be that the exterior of the unit entry was somewhat dirty with dead insects, but again interior was very clean. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this condo. It was very well-maintained and had all of the latest appliances and upgrades. It was located close enough to the strip for a convenient, quick drive, but far enough that we could really unwind and relax away from the busy and crowded areas. The screened-in porch was a definitely highlight - one we used to start and end each day! We would definitely stay again!

The unit and Pointe Royale in general were great. Clean unit, easy access to the pool, and close to the strip. One big downside, the sleep number bed in the master bedroom was horrific. It is nothing more than a glorified air mattress. No matter what setting you put it on, it feels like an air mattress. We got very little sleep. Everything else was great. But not sleeping due to a terrible bed was a big deal.

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood with close access to a pool and exercise facilities. The community is close to all the things you’d want to see and do.

Condo was beautiful and clean. No surprises with anything. Everything was as described and as pictures shown. Communication with property manager was very good. Property is quiet with a wonderful pool, playgrounds, and sidewalks for walking to and from locations. Checking and check out are very easy. I definitely would recommend this condo. My family and I will be placing this property at the top of our list.

This was the 1st time we have been to Branson and will Defiantly go back at some point. My Son, Wife and I played Golf at Buffalo Ridge and Point Royal (Local Course). We also went Trout Fishing with a Guide, but you can do that on you own from the bank right off the back of the complex if you like. The Condo is very up to date and has more than anything you need for your stay. Defiantly would recommend and stay there again. Very Nice.

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful area! It's updated and decorated beautifully with quality furnishings so it really felt like home! The location is terrific and convenient...there's even a little market and gas station closeby! We were here for 3 days. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will look forward to staying here again in the fall!

Our number one goal for visiting Branson was to catch up on some much needed R&R and this condo was a great place to do that! Loved the screened in porch for reading and the furniture was comfy for naps. Everything was very easy throughout the process and Sandy was a responsive host. We've stayed in this condo every single time that we've visited Branson, and it has become our home away from home. It has just enough space for our family of 5. The layout of the unit allows everyone to have their own space, so it doesn't feel crowded. It's clean, well-stocked, and comfortable with all the amenities you could want for your family, especially if you have young kids. The screened-in porch looks out to the river and is a great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean-meticulous, really. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies so it's easy to cook almost anything (we just had Thanksgiving dinner there). The unit itself is quiet with a short walk to the pool. Sandy (the owner) is responsive and helpful. It is clear that so much thought, attention to detail, and love has been poured into this location. Great value for the price. We love this condo and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We spent a week in the Branson area and chose to stay at this property. We wanted to be in a quieter area away from the busy traffic - yet close enough to go out to eat and enjoy the entire area. This was a great location!! We saw parts of the outer Branson area that I do not think we would have explored if we stayed off the main strip. The Point Royal complex was quiet and clean. I absolutely loved sitting in the screened in porch and relaxing or reading a book. The check in and out process was easy and Sandy was quick to respond with any questions. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We did not golf but the course and club house looked nice. I would stay here again when back in the Branson area.

This was our first VRBO rental. Couldn’t have been easier. Sandy was extremely helpful. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Relaxing setting with screened patio right in the trees. Just a very short walk to the clubhouse, pool etc. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This condo has been completely remodeled and had all the ammenities you will love. Frrnished beautifully. We really enjoyed the screened in patio, and sounds of nature, without being bothered by bugs! And we loved the blackout drapes, for sleeping in. A must visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Branson. Property was newly updated and very clean. Lots of space for a family with three teenage/pre-teen boys to spread out. Loved the close proximity to the club house/pool area and we spent a lot of time at the fishing access on the property which is also fairly close to this unit. We had easy access to anywhere around Branson from the property.

We loved staying at the condo. The screened in porch was great, as was proximity to the pool. Sandy communicated with us well and the condo was clean and quiet. It was well stocked and I even saw what looked like a shower bench for elderly people in one of the closets. You can tell the owners see it as a place of love rather than a place to make an easy buck. I would definitely stay there again!
