Rinnovata e moderna casa in un quartiere tranquillo di Richardson TX. Diritto di US-75 e Belt-Line Rd. Ben arredata, cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici. Ottimo soggiorno e sala da pranzo, enorme cortile, internet veloce, cavi e molto altro!
Situato in un quartiere tranquillo di Richardson TX, a circa 25 minuti in auto da Downtown e Uptown Dallas.
La casa è una casa di famiglia completamente rinnovata. Mettiamo molto amore, tempo e impegno e ti piacerebbe il risultato! Siamo sicuri di fare :)
La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata e consente di interagire con i tuoi ospiti mentre si prepara un pasto fantastico (assicurati di pulire una volta finito di cucinare).
Nella nostra zona giorno troverete un grande divano comodo e una poltrona, una Smart TV da 60 pollici con cavi e un'atmosfera accogliente che renderà piacevole trascorrere il tempo con i vostri amici / familiari.
Sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo da pranzo (può facilmente ospitare 8 persone).
La master suite ha un letto king size un cassettone e un armadio che è possibile utilizzare per la conservazione. Una smart TV con cavi e un bagno completo.
Abbiamo due camere da letto per gli ospiti. Uno con un letto matrimoniale e l'altro con 2 letti singoli sopra letti a castello. Entrambe le camere hanno un armadio per la vostra convenienza. Un secondo bagno completo è disponibile per entrambe le camere.
Il garage si adatta a una macchina, ma c'è molto spazio per parcheggiare disponibile sulla strada.
Abbiamo una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.
Il cortile sul retro è enorme e bello, ha un set da pranzo per 6 persone e tanto spazio per far giocare i tuoi bambini!

Where do I start. We loved everything about this house. The pool, the outside movie screen, the neighborhood, the grill. I mean what more do I have to say. They did a great job messaging back when I had questions. It was just a great time. Me being a cook, I enjoyed the kitchen and the counter space

This is a cute bungalow type house, north central to the metro with easy access to 75 and 635. Fun stuff to do in the neighborhood that was free. Only issue was my check in email was buried in my spam box, but a call straightened it out immediately. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, linens excellent. I'm sure the backyard is a blast in the summer. The host company kept in close contact without being intrusive. The fenced yard made it easy for me to have my dogs with us, which cinched our stay here.

Due to a flooding incident in my home, I was forced to spend 17 days in a STR. I spent over 2 weeks inspecting the exterior of well over 15 listings and none of them appeared as depicted in their listings or the locations were undesirable. This house was exactly as advertised. Although an older neighborhood, the home had been recently remodeled. I expected the above ground pool to be a little “cheesy” but was pleasantly surprised. They have installed an amazing deck and a pool service came by once a week to keep it spotless. I have two small dogs and they loved the big back yard shaded by large trees.
Best of all, the property manager was excellent. Very responsive.

Great property, just like the description. Very comfortable and central location. Nice neighborhood, very quiet and close to lots of shops, restaurants and events. Easy to get to and centrally located. I'd def stay there again!

This was a great stay for us, yes it was out of the business of downtown, but still in a comfortable driving distance.
Backyard was enjoyable and pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer (stayed in April).

A clean home with a comfortable bed, which is exactly what I needed. The host is extremely responsive, and I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a easy process. The host were amazing . They answered all my questions and concerns. The communication was great .

Needed pet friendly accommodations while some renovations were being done in our home. The dogs loved the secure yard. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and close to so many restaurants and shopping. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because there were wasps. But the management had an appointment wuth an exterminator within an hour of being notified. We would stay in this home again in the future.

Cozy House in a nice neighborhood.
The host was very responsive to all our messages. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the beds were comfortable. Centrally located and quick access to the freeway. The house was clean and comfortable.

The outdoor area and the kitchen are a nice size for larger groups. The living area and bathrooms are small. Check in process was ver detailed. I guess because of the party houses in Dallas.

Great stay! Loved the pool!
Asher was very helpful and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property was easy to find and check-in was super easy. The pool was by far the best part, especially in the Texas summer heat!

Cute and comfy home
We enjoyed our stay here. It was great for our family. We needed to be able to work and start school as we transitioned through a cross country move. The pool was my kids favorite!

Spent a week working from this lovely home and it was exactly the getaway I needed. The beds were very comfy and the house had everything we needed! The backyard with the pool and deck totally made the week exceptional. Extremely prompt communication from Asher was the icing on the cake.

Perfect house for our big group
We loved everything g about this property! Very cute design, equipped with everything we needed and super comfortable (I honestly wanted to take the metres home with me!). If you have a big group with little ones you would love the back yard (and the bunk bed room). We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone

The property was very clean and well kept. Nice decor and comfortable beds. The owner was responsive to communication. Nice quiet neighborhood.
My only issue was with the air wick fresheners that were placed around the house. I was allergic and had to put them away and air out the house. I suggested peppermint oil to the owner instead, for future tenants.
