We were pleasantly surprised by how much space there was for our group of gals. Gorgeous view of the ocean and the hot tub had a good amount of privacy. Lovely spot!

Loved the house and neighborhood. Really enjoyed the deer. Just my opinion, but the metal windows should be replaced. They appear to have alot of dirt and mold on them. Also who ever was there prior to us left grease dripped on the ledge of the stove drawer. We cleaned it as best we could but pretty stuck on. Never did figure out the remotes, which did what.

Great location to beach and close to shopping. View wonderful from large deck . 2 easy blocks to beach access. Great for 6 adults plus kids.

The weather was perfect for our stay - sitting on the balcony to listen to the ocean was so peaceful. Beach access was steps from the house. All good things for our group.
The house could use some refreshers.. but overall, things were good. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment we needed. My favorite feature was the quiet we experienced in the master bedroom when we closed the door!

The owners are nice and communicated great, BUT, this property is just not to the standard of a vacation rental. This place was a huge disappointment. The walls through out the whole house are dirty, not dust, like mud, hand prints, gross.
Everywhere through out the house was just barely clean, it’s like if you went and stayed at your grandparents home for a week. It’s stayable but not enjoyable.
The upstairs shower BARELY turns on, you practically have to rip the handle off the wall to get it to turn on. The shower head is also only 5 feet off the ground, me and my husband had to fully squat in the shower to wash our hair/bodies.
The fridge door doesn’t open all the way before hitting the kitchen island, you can’t stand in front of the dishwasher to wash dishes and have the dishwasher open to put the dishes in, because there isn’t enough space between the island and dishwasher to even open it all the way.
Also the furnace completely gave out the first day of the trip and the indoor temperature was 56 degrees, on the ocean, with little kids in the house. Things happen, but the technician said nothing broke, it was just dirty and clogged, so goes the whole house.
Maybe take a solid two weeks to make your home nice enough to rent…

The house is large and spacious enough for a big family to enjoy themselves while having enough space to spread out. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach, only bummer is that the kitchen is tight so really only a couple people can be there at one time. But really lovely comfortable home. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This was a cute, reasonably priced House in walking distance of the beach. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The home is older as is a lot of the homes in this area and from a glance very clean. It could use a deep through clean however. The hot water was on demand as well and we never ran out.

The beach access was great, and the space in the house worked very well for the group of us. It was a comfortable house to stay in and would recommend to anyone looking for a roomy place with super easy access to a perfect beach area.

This was a perfect house for our family that stayed there. There was plenty of space and great light in the living/dining room with views of the water. The area for parking is phenomenal. The charcoal grill was a favorite as we grew up with that. The kitchen is well appointed.

The property had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach access was a short walk down the street. We enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of space to spend time together in the evenings.
Property management checked in with us and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with a short walk to miles of sandy beaches. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Hot tub was wonderful in the cool evening. Great view overlooking the ocean from the upstairs deck and windows.

My family have been visiting Lincoln City for decades, its one of our favorite places to vacation.
This was our first time staying in the northern part of town and I love it. There are a lot of rentals in this neighbor, but it does not feel touristy at all. There was a beach access at the end of the street and other one just a block away!
The house itself was awesome. The pictures on the listing are pretty accurate. We spent most our time upstairs, which had a perfect view of the ocean, playing games at the large kitchen table or just chillin on the couches.
A couple of FYIs, the kitchen is long and narrow, so only one person could be cooking at a time. Also the inside stairs are a bit steep. My dad uses a cane and goes down the stairs were a bit difficult. He had no problem using the outside stairs.
I would stay at this house again.

This property is extremely dated, which is fine, but also VERY dirty. The walls had a lot of dirty handprints and other things on them. There were cobwebs hanging from nearly every ceiling. The kitchen sponges were dirty and used. Surface cleaning is all that is done at this property. It could be a very cute place, if it were clean. The hot tub was not useable, it was murky and cloudy and smelled horribly bad.

We had an amazing time at this rental! Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. The hot tub and ocean sunset views were worth every penny. Quick walk to the beach. Would for sure stay here again!

The house has a great view of the ocean and just a few blocks from the beach, easy access. Plenty of living space up and down stairs, 5 beds, and you can bring your dogs. The kitchen is a bit small galley style, but has a big counter space. The owners are great to talk with and get right back to your emails..

We had a great 2022 Family Christmas here. The home was clean and well stocked for cooking our meals. There was a Christmas tree set up near the fireplace which was very inviting. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sleeping room.

The location and view is great! The house had everything we needed and was very inviting. It had enough beds to accommodate our large family. A spacious parking area was a plus. Like other reviews mentioned, the kitchen area is very tight. Pushing the counter out a few feet would help. The house could use some updates, but with having young children there I wasn't concerned about them breaking or disturbing anything fancy like a newer home would have. We would definitely rent this house again.

There was plenty of room for the family to spread out. Like other guests have mentioned, the kitchen is rather small but other then that, everything was perfect. They owner was great with correspondence and everything went smoothly.

Property manager was very prompt to respond to our requests. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. The view of the ocean was very true to the pictures shown. The place could use some fresh interior paint & new blinds. I would recommend hiring a new hot tub service to keep the water crystal clear and would definitely replace the queen bed downstairs. Not having a working fireplace was a bit of a disappointment. We would definitely like to stay at this property again. Had a very nice time.

This house was great for our large group. There was plenty of seating, and places to sleep. We had a small hiccup with the kitchen...We like to cook, and it's usually the place we congregate, but the space in the kitchen is VERY small. For example, you can't open the refrigerator door all the way because the counter stops it, or easily put away dishes from the dishwasher. But if you don't plan to cook, don't let that detour you from this property. It is a quick walk to the beach, super easy for my 19-month toddler. Just an FYI, the closest access point has a small flight of stairs, but there is another access point on the next street over with a gravel path. Outside the kitchen we had a great experience.

The property was even better than advertised. The hosts thought of everything. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and even a full stock of cleaning supplies. A block from the beach and ocean views from the deck. The hosts were very responsive when I contacted them about a power outage (it turned out to be area wide). I would definitely rent this property again.

They have everything you could possibly need. It is really close to the beach. The owner was very nice and happy to make our stay incredible. Overall was the perfect vacation house.

This place was really nice to stay at with my large family of 5 adults and 4 kids, we loved how close it was to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk if that. The upstairs had lots of room for everyone to hangout together, plus there was the addition living room downstairs.
I do have two recommendations, the space in the kitchen between the bar and the fridge and stove is way too small, hardly enough room for two people to walk by each other in the kitchen, if the new property owners plan on doing some updates I would recommend moving the bar over 2 ft, my niece who is shorter than me had a hard time putting dishes away with the dishwasher door open.
We rented this place because dogs are allowed which we were really great full for however with allowing dogs comes the smell, the rug for the upstairs looks like it needs to be replaced, I think that between allowing dogs in the home and being in a humid location the rug traps the smell of dog and so the upstairs smells of dog, my recommendation would be to rip out the rug and put in linoleum or a hardwood floor. Would definitely rent this home again for a future trip to the coast! Thank you!
