Splendida vacanza sulla spiaggia di Carpinteria, a un isolato dalla spiaggia, a un isolato a piedi da ristoranti e negozi sulla strada principale Linden Avenue. La casa ha un ingresso privato e terrazza patio privato. La nostra casa è una storia 1 camera da letto 1 + 1/2 bagno con una veranda veranda fantastica per barbecue e cene all'aperto o semplicemente prendendo il sole. La casa è completamente arredata con forno / gamma, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice / asciugatrice, camino a gas e 2 smart TV.
È possibile utilizzare le nostre due tavole da surf, sei biciclette, ghiacciaia su ruote, boogie boards, ombrelloni, attrezzatura da spiaggia, sdraio e teli mare.
La casa è il luogo perfetto per godersi la "spiaggia più sicura del mondo" -Carpinteria. Siamo raggiungibili a piedi per la città di Carpinteria con negozi su Linden Avenue e ristoranti locali. Stazione ferroviaria Amtrak 1 isolato di distanza e una fermata per il centro di Santa Barbara. È a circa 10 minuti in auto, uno in cima al treno, o 10 miglia. Sei vicino a Santa Barbara con tutti i percorsi del centro shopping e funk della zona del vino. Carpinteria ha anche ottimi ristoranti e birrerie locali a pochi passi.

We have stayed here a few times and it is a great place in a great spot

This house has great amenities, living space and comfy beds - terrific for our family of four's post-Christmas vacation. Just 2 blocks from a broad beach and an easy walk to Carpinteria which we have come to love. We also spend lots of time in Santa Barbara, Montecito, which were easy drives (but the freeway can get backed up). The kitchen is especially well stocked.

Fantastic stay! Host was very responsive. Rental was like new - kitchen fully stocked, very clean, great layout indoors and outdoors. Superb location - short walk to an amazing stretch of beach and the sweet town of Carpinteria. Bikes and boogie boards were regularly used by our sons! New bike path connecting Carp to SB is a wonderful addition. Have already recommended this rental to friends and hope to return very soon!

This location is awesome! Short walk to beach. The bikes and amenities included were great to have. What we were most impressed with was the beautiful house. The pictures undersold the home! Absolutely wonderful and would definitely stay there again!

Lovely stay!
We had a blast at this very lovely beach cottage. It was pristinely clean and it had everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrellas, boogie boards etc.)

Carpinteria is a clean, quiet beach town. The house is so close to the fabulous beach! If you open the windows at night you can hear the surf. The house is very well appointed and clean. We really enjoyed our time after dark by the gas fire pit.

Excellent location
Rental was really nice & had everything we needed. Location is fantastic. They recently remodeled so there wasn’t as much privacy as I had hoped for as the fence in the listing was gone but it seems like owner might be trying to address that issue.

Beautiful Home; Great Location
Amazing location. We can walk or bike to everything. The beach was clean, safe and easy to get to. The home is fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We will book this home again!

My family and I stayed here recently, we really enjoyed ourselves! The house was great, location was excellent and the owner was very helpful. The bikes were a huge plus too as everything is within riding distance. We had a 2 year old at the house and everything was very family friendly. Thank you! We will be back soon :)

Very nice house a couple blocks from the beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. FYI there is no toaster.

Great Place close to Beach in Carpinteria
We loved staying at this unit only a short walk from sand. With four people we had plenty of room. The garage had bikes (cruisers w helmets), boogie boards, beach chairs, and more to offer. The second toilet was nice to have. The kitchen looking out into the living room with the dining room table right next to it was where we spent most of our indoor time. Parking in the driveway and right in front of the house was easy and convenient. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and post office a short bike-ride away.

Lovely place
I loved this house. It felt like home. It was extremely relaxing, open and airy and in the perfect location. The beach is so close and all the shops and restaurants in town are within walking distance. We will be back for sure!

Great Beach Vacation
Really great house and location. Just two blocks from beach and two blocks off of main drag of Linden. The bikes provided was great for our kids and us as it allowed us to get anywhere without the car. Great house for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Only bummer was communication was abysmal. We drove 12 hours for this vacation and didn't receive any info until day of the trip. I emailed, called and texted and finally got a response 4 hours before arrival that "key is under mat". On first day I had one question that was answered and another about how to get TV to work that was never responded to. I figured it out. There was no info in the house re: tips to house and Carpinteria, which I found strange. We've used VRBO and AIrbnb over 10 times and I've never had a host be this unhelpful or simply not interested. It wasn't huge deal because it's vacation, not rocket science, and the house was great so I'd highly recommend.

Perfect beach house!
This house is very clean, with a nice layout and a perfect location. We loved it and will stay here again (and again). Plently of towels and linens, easy to navigate the area and a stocked kitchen. Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable. 5 STARS!

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. Comfortable home in a perfect location. It is close to everything. We often used the bikes to travel around town. Quiet street. Fun time! It was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler.

Paradise found
The location of this property is perfect, literally a three minute walk to the beach, downtown Carpinteria, The Spot and Island Brewery. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to relax and enjoy your stay. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio. The garage has everything you need for the beach. We loved the beach chairs, so comfy, and had fun riding the bikes through the neighborhood. There was even baby oil and cotton wipes in the garage to remove that Carpinteria tar that always gets on your feet. Although we ate at several local restaurants, we also cooked a number of meals on the grill and in the well appointed kitchen. The house itself is quite beautiful. The interior decor is light and calming and will make you want to come back to enjoy it again. We were VERY HAPPY with this rental, it fit our needs perfectly.

California secret! Carpinteria has an amazing beach that they keep clean and very safe for all ages. Truly a family beach destination. The house is clean and convenient to the beach and downtown. The owner has bikes and boogie boards along with everything else you need for a fantastic beach vacation. My family consisted of 4 teenagers and Mom /Dad every member had a blast, felt safe walking around town and at the beach and can’t wait to return!
