The dogs and the children

A lot of Russian deserters where staying at the guesthouse. Noisy and loud. Bed was terrible so was the garden. No door closed normaal en the plumber work was awful. The owner does not take care of the guesthouse!! Don't belief the pictures on their site.

But there is very humid inside the room, and there is mold.

Peaceful retreat in a busy town. In a fairly quiet residential street, not in the smart central area but that doesn't matter unless you are looking for that. Excellent kitchen with everything you could need, lovely, leafy patio area.

Mosquitoes, windows have screens but enough get through. Internet not working but I think that was a temporary technical problem.

I love this calm atmosphere. Stayed here not first time - and it is like vacation. Good people and cool animals, wish i meet them again.

The hosts are really nice people. The property is clean. There is no problem with hot water for having a shower and locking the door. They provide tea, coffee, sugar. They have 2 cute dogs.

I don't know why inside the room I was feeling a bit of humidity, but not so much. The distance between the main sightseeing places and the hotel was a bit far for us but if you take a bus no issue. For me price was normal but we asked some other people as per them we could find a place with better price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Batumi and particularly the time spent in this abode. The host was charming and her pets were adorable. Batumi is a very authentic place and this guest house is a great place from which to explore it

This is an excellent place to stay. The host is kind and everything is tastefully furnished and neatly arranged

There are a few neighbourhood dogs which can be heard but in terms of what the host can control - no complaints

Second time I come back here and always super friendly and clean room. It feels like home and I like that is not the usual ugly hotel in batumi. If you come to batumi I suggest this guesthouse

The host was very kind and flexible. We happened to stay only for one night instead of two, but it was not a problem for her. She has three beautiful and playful dogs! Also the coffee was cool, and had comfortable beds!

I staid one week in this guesthouse and felt comfortable and safe. *Clean room,bed linens and bathroom *Coffee&Tea,Towels and laundery washing freely provided *Wifi signal is strong *Fully equipped kitchen for your use *Hot water presure is good *There is a terrace you can set in *There is a bus passes by the house can take you to the centre but it is a bit far to walk from there.However,for me was okey because i didn't want to stay in the very centre.
