All in all, we had a great stay! The location was awesome. The family loved having the pool right there, as well as the beach. The condo was spacious and we has plenty of room. My only issues was with the shower water pressure, but that isn't the owners fault, and a map would have been nice as when we first got there, we had no idea how to get to the room. Everything else was great!

Property location is perfect. Property itself needs some TLC. Overall good stay.

My husband and I were on vacation with our 2 adult daughters. We were happy with the location and really enjoyed the views from the balcony. We were very happy to be able to visit just a week after hurricane Ian. Many residents were cleaning up from storm surge and some beaches were closed but we still had a very enjoyable stay. The location is over 2 miles from the downtown area and we ended up driving into town almost daily for activities and dinner. The kitchen was well furnished and the unit had plenty of space for all of us. The unit needs some maintenance. For example there is a black mildew spot on the ceiling in the family room, probably from a leaking roof. The ceiling of the balcony also needed repair. Some of the balcony chairs were rusted and wobbled. The window above the bathtub was held shut with a fork. The sheets in the master bedroom were low quality and had balls all over them from piling. The furniture was an eclectic mixture of styles. I gave a four star rating because I felt the unit furnishings and condition did not live up to the penthouse description on the website.

Condo was very spacious and clean! They had plenty of towels and stuff to take to the beach! They answered quick with any questions. The property was closed to everything and had am amazing view! It was hard to find the room. The only thing I would change is letting others know if you go into the west side of building and take the elevator up to 4th floor you take a right out of elevator and the doubles doors leading out side on the balcony is where the room will be. I would definitely stay again!

Guest arrival was challenging as the garages aren't marked and it was not easy to access the property. Once inside, everything was fine and as expected/listed on ABNB.

The condo is clean, bright & well-located. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo when visiting Key West!

Property was very nice. Pool was great and the view was amazing. Some construction going on at the Property which was a little inconvenient. Overall a nice stay.

A/C worked well and the view from our top floor end unit was quite nice. We had rented a car so the garage was an added nice feature. The location was great with an easy trip to the downtown area, yet far enough removed to still enjoy the quiet of the area. Also close the airport yet never really never heard jet noises. Highly recommended play to stay for those seeking to enjoy the Key West experience but not wanting to be directly located in the busy downtown atmosphere.

What incredible location. Tough to find oceanview rooms in Key West, let alone swimming pool yards from the water. The courtyard is like a private jungle and we loved walking through it every morning and evening. So many great little natural critters to see. Everyone we bumped into was very pleasant especially the staff, and we felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there. The layout of the condo was amazing. Everything we could ever need. You are walking distance from so many great beaches in southern amenities the island has to offer. We will definitely be staying again!

My family enjoyed our time in Key West. The condo is nice and large so we had room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. A few updates have been made but could use more updating. Appliances, secondary bath, and the furniture need to be updated.

It would have been helpful had someone mentioned the ongoing construction work being conducted on the building. That began daily at 8 AM. So there was not any time to sleep in and enjoy that aspect of our vacation!! The initial instructions on how to enter the building were horribly pathetic! Thankfully someone appeared to allow us to gain access to the mailbox where all the requisite information re: the Unit was safely stored. Our Suburban would not fit in the provided garage parking area. So that was not helpful at the least. Parking in general was not sufficient!! The overall location of the condo was fine. The pool and hot tub were very nice. As was the small beach area. There were ample umbrellas and lounge chairs for everyone.

The only complaint is the miniscule amount of supplies left to tidy up and do the required cleaning before leaving. Only a tiny amount of dish soap was left, a couple of dishwasher soaps, 2 trash bags, and 3 tide pods. It was required to wash all the dishes and leave no more than 2 loads of laundry behind for cleaning. We had to go buy our own soap in order to clean up every day. Also there was only 1 roll of the cheapest paper towels left and the bathrooms were left with the worst single ply toilet paper possible. No tissues in the condo either. For the price of this condo, a few more things could have been left and better quality items would have been nice.

The condo itself was great. No complaints at all. The kitchen is a great size which was perfect because we cooked at least one meal each day. We weren't impressed with the fitness center. It's extremely small, no free weights and the treadmill wouldn't increase speed beyond 0.5. The check-in instructions definitely need more information. It had that we had parking space 69. So we looked for a long time for parking space 69. It said nothing about the space being in the garage...and that's exactly where it was. More info on the instructions would definitely be appreciated by future guests. The place was great though.
