The room was perfect, clean and they even prepared a small present for my wife's birthday. Breakfast was amazing, right there with the best ones I ever had at hotels. The staff were all super helpful and efficient.

I was looking forward using the sauna but for some reason it doesn't operate all the time, that's the only thing I can think about that could improve.

The room is spacious. The staffs are polite and helpful. The facility is quite good

The taste of food is above average but for that level of hotel, there is a room for improvement.

reno is going on, resulted in limited room for breakfast. there were also event when we were there in particular next to the pool, bit less privacy for the guest as the result, hope this can be improved once the reno completed

1. Bathrooms were rundown with no ventilations. The handheld shower head wasn’t working properly and the toilet flush in another room wasn’t working properly. 2. Carpet was too dirty to recognise its original patterns. 3. The air conditioner was too cold! When it was turned off the room had a foul smell. 4. Our rooms were dark with limited views. 5. The service was very slow, sometimes we had to wait over an hour for a service to be delivered. 6. Laundry service messed up our “express order” on the last night, so we had to wait until midday the next day to check out.

Despite the location in the heart of Bandung, it was surprisingly quiet

Jazz live music is in the closed room and no smoking area. This is much better if it played in open cafe style with smoking area
