Appartamento con due camere da letto ben arredato e recentemente dipinto con balcone, vicino al Lake Forest Yacht Club. Ottima scelta per affari o piacere. Sono disponibili soggiorni a breve e lungo termine. Conveniente per ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti. Ben arredato e ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. Letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto matrimoniale e letto di dimensioni standard nella seconda camera, entrambi eccellenti. Confortevole soggiorno ha due divani e una poltrona. Unità ha lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina ben attrezzata, TV via cavo e internet wireless ad alta velocità.
A pochi passi dal Lake Forest Yacht Club (che è aperto ai non soci) e al Daphne City Boat Launch. A soli due isolati di distanza si trova l'U. S. Sports Academy e Eastern Shore Trail per andare in bicicletta, fare jogging e camminare. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche il Daphne Bay Front Park con passerelle che attraversano le zone umide e un molo e lo storico Village Point Park Preserve. This was such a cute condo. We were very comfortable and felt safe which is always a concern. Plenty of room, clean and the best water pressure! Definitely a recommend 😊.

This was perfect for our quick family weekend get away. This place was easy to find, just on the main road in Daphne. It had all the amenities we needed and fit us very comfortably. The listing is accurate the furniture and beds where is like new condition. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

This condo is spacious, clean and very well stocked. It was perfect for my family of 4 including our dog to attend my son’s travel ball tournament at the Daphne Sports Complex.

Loved this little gem. Property was very clean, check-in was so smooth. Area was quiet and very neighborly. Not a single problem or even concern. Would highly recommend this and will be staying again if ever in the area again!

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was great ,easy to get around to amenities . Very quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Our hosts/property owners were great! They communicated well with us and continued to ask us if there was anything we needed. We would definitely seek them out, if we were ever in the area again. We will always remember our stay here as a huge plus to our vacation.

My brother and I stayed at the property for several days, and it was the second time we had been there. Both experiences were very good, and the location is very convenient for where we were going to visit family. The unit is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time there. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed for 9 days. A great condo, very clean, and well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We would recommend it highly and would stay again when we are in the area.

Good for a quick trip
We stayed for one night, just for a quick change of scenery. It’s an older, upstairs unit. The stairs seem to harder to climb for some reason. Either they’re narrower, or steeper, or both. Not sure. The unit had been remodeled and is very clean and neat. There are wood (simulated) floors that make a lot of noise when you walk on them. Thankfully, it didn’t seem like anyone was in the unit beneath us when we were there. There’s a fan in the living room, but not in either bedroom. The AC works, but not very well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. There are no overhead lights, only lamps, which makes the unit fairly dark. I guess it’s a personal preference thing, but I didn’t like it.
Overall, the unit is clean, well stocked, attractive, and convenient to get to. Owner was very responsive. If I needed a place to stay for a night or two, I’d stay there again.

Close to the Bay, lots of areas nearby to walk, close to the beach. Property was adorably decorated and clean. Also, liked the items in the kitchen. Very nice experience overall.
The negative was that we had to buy batteries for the remote control but that was not a big deal.

Was on second floor so steps up. Older project and noisy neighbors.
