Muslim friendly, thanks for sejadah & qiblat direction. Clean environment. The basic equipment provided is very good. Good host, very fast feedback. Great service & very comfortable. They provide extra pillows and mattres(toto).
The bathtub looks dirty but still safe to use. The picture on the tv in the living room is not clear. Overall is ok, but need to take action, maybe for other guest those who want to stay longer really need the convenience of this equipment.

Everything was good. The host is very helpful. She assisted everything prior to our stay until check out. Will definitely repeat to stay here whenever we visit ipoh again. Thank you.

The unit is clean even though it's not that new, and have some stains on floor and wall.
But, this owner is really helpful, and has the experience. I will choose the same if choose to stay here again.

The room is spacious; 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Queen size bed in all rooms. Nice view as the unit facing the river. The place is convenient; 7 eleven on the ground floor and nearby eatery.

Booked for 3 people. Forgot 1 towel and sheets etc for single bed mattress.

The apartment are so spacious and the location is just in front of the riverfront. There are restaurant near by the river. The view is nice
Need deposit of RM200, plus the rate is 200++ all must be pay by cash..the deposit is not stated in the terms and condition. The owner inform once you make the booking. Since I will be chk in very late is not worth it for me to pay the amount so I liaise with the owner to waive the depo. The housekeeping came 15mins early before 12 just because you didnt pay the deposit. It really disappoint me. Its like you want to steal everything in the apartment😅..The parking is RM4 flat using touch n go and you must validate every time you go out. This is under my expectation since normally apartment have their own car park for each unit

Location, with the new attraction in Ipoh. It's opposite the hotel only. U can go n walk around if free. There are restaurants beside the river.
