The house is spacious and very comfortable. It was very clean upon our arrival and we liked it a lot!

The washing machine was not very good. We got charged 200$ at the end of our stay for alleged stains on some towels. Note they were plain white towels that you find for 10 bucks on any supermarket.. We were the ones supposed to wash the towels, but the washing machine was not good and the “stains” were actually blue powder from the soap. I don’t know how towels can be that expensive, but it was a very unpleasant surprise at the end of our trip. if you decide to stay there, I suggest you use your own towels. The ice maker wasn’t working and the pool is in the complex, not the house. It takes around 5 mins to walk to the pool… from the picture, it seemed like the pool was in front of the house.

BREAKFAST WAS NOT AVAILABLE. DISHWASHER ALWAYS HAD COCKROACHES IN IT

CARPETS WERE DIRTY AND STAINED, FURNITURE WAS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE, COCKROACHES, A/C WENT OUT TOOK FOREVER TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEOME TO COME OUT FOR REPAIRS TOLD US TO OPEN A WINDOW ON A HOT AND HUMID DAY, DRAINS WERE CLOGGED

The location is excellent !!! The most attraction parks are 20 minutes away!!!

The home was beautiful, clean and in a location that had many stores, restaurants and shopping Outlets very close by.
