The property itself was not easy to find and had no signage at all. (In fact the only sign was for the attached wedding supplier) Once there the key safe was easy to operate.

The sofa was not very comfortable to sit on and with no opening windows it felt a little airless and had a slight musty smell.

Located right next to Cromford Mill. It's a small place, but hard to be more central. Walking distance to Heights of Abraham should you wish. Plenty of walking around Cromford. Generous towels.

The physical directions are fine - the map ( google ) links are wrong - they point to the wrong location, but it's pretty obvious.

Outdoor area not secluded enough and barbecue was unusable

Beautiful place to stay for a reunion between friends!
