This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our girls trip. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious, location was perfect and communication from the owner was spot on and appreciated. The only thing I would’ve changed is the tight parking but that is such a minor detail compared to everything else this place has going for it, and one of the selling points for me was there is parking for two vehicles. We’ve already discussed plans on coming back!

The condo was spacious and had a friendly "beachy" look! We liked the fully equipped kitchen and had enough of dinnerware for our entire family!!
We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee and watching the sun rise...ahh so relaxing!!

Check-in is so convenient and easy. Arian is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo appeared to have been recently painted and everything was in great condition. The mattresses are very comfortable and plenty of pillows for everyone. All of the appliances were in good working order. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. The condo is spacious which allows everyone to have some privacy even while staying together there. We loved our stay!

This condo fit all the needs for my family and I during our stay in Ocean City! We had 2 families staying together with 4 kids total and had plenty of room to accomodate all 8 of us. The location online was off by a few blocks (its actually a few blocks further away from all the hype than what is listed) but still turned out to be perfect. Walking distance to everything. Surrounded by numerous stores, restaurants, ice cream- you name it! Having both the pool and ocean at our finger tips was a great bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we could have asked for, including lots of extra blankets and pillows and any and all kitchen necessities. With those provided, it made it much easier to only have to bring sheets, towels amd toiletries. Had a little trouble getting the lock box open upon arrival, but Arian was quick to respond with assistance and had no issues from there! Would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Our first impression walking through the door was exactly that. Home away from home. It's so spacious, immaculate, and welcoming. A gorgeous balcony with room for your family to gather and make memories. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. A kitchen equipped with a pantry, appliances, space, and all you need to prepare meals. I truly cannot say enough about this condo, and the owners. The best place to come home to after a day on the beach.

We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and more. The location was perfect. We parked the car and never needed to use it again. This is the first time I ever went through VRBO, so I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would go but I will never go through a Real Estate again. My family hopes to return next year. Thank you Arian.

This is the 3rd time in 7 years my extended family stayed in Ocean Pointe Suite 202. There were 8 total this trip, including my 90 yo grandmother and disabled aunt in a wheelchair. The unit is spacious and feels like home away from home. Location is optimal. The second story unit balcony is high enough for great views of the boardwalk and beach, while being close enough to the pool for ease of access. The HOA cleaning staff (Melissa) was onsite daily and did a spectacular job keeping the outside free of trash, the pool deck clean, and was readily available to assist if necessary. Hopeful we will be fortunate to return again in the future.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay . It was clean and had great views . Make sure you bring sheets, towels, toilet paper , trash bags aka everything . The only other negative is it is advertised to sleep 11 because it has 2 sofa beds but the sofa beds are not sleep able as you feel every wire/ coil .

The unit was attractively decorated, had comfortable mattresses with lots of pillows available, incredibly spacious, and great location. It could have been a bit cleaner, we had to wipe food debris out the microwave and refrigerator, bathroom carpet was harboring a handful of sand, hall bathroom only had one working light bulb over sink, and dryer lint trap was full of lint with sand. Parking is tight and someone scraped the back left bumper of our vehicle leaving white paint and damage and never left note.

Reserving the property is extremely easy. We knew we wanted to stay on the boardwalk. This unit was more than we expected. The pictures gave us a wonderful idea, but when you entered the unit, we were blown away. Each room was roomy, perfectly decorated, very clean and beyond fully stocked kitchen. The balcony was large and nicely appointed with furniture. It is always a chance on the weather going in early May and we had an unexpected nor'easter come thru, so it made it even nicer to have such a wonderful unit. We would rent this unit again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

Beautiful condo and very clean. Parking on the other hand is very tight. Parking is not made for full size vehicles. Unless you have a small vehicle parking is not friendly.

This was our second time staying at this amazing property for our girls weekend and we had an incredible time again! It is just so spacious, beautifully decorated and has perfect views! The location couldn’t be better. We can’t say enough how much we enjoy staying at this property and Arian makes everything so easy! We hope to return back here every year. WOW. This property was a perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. The view was incredible and the property is more spacious than we originally thought. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. We would love to visit again. The host was really nice and quick to communicate. We will be back!

Unit is as wonderful in person as what appears on VRBO. The views of the beach and ocean are breathtaking and create a zen experience!! Rooms are large, accommodating to our family allowing everyone privacy while still being able to hang out and enjoy the beach and boards. Our only disappointment is the floors within the unit need a good cleaning as your feet quickly became blackened when walking around the condo. The cleaning crew did a great job with counters , toilets and furniture but need to deeply clean all floors between renters especially now with the virus. That being said would definitely stay here again and encourage others who seek the sunrises, ocean bliss and location convenience … this is the place !! Owner was fabulous to interact with another boost to renting this condo.

Highly recommended!!! Five stars across the board! Great location, close to many of our favorite OC places! Right on the boardwalk. We stayed off season and it is fairly quiet even though it’s on the boardwalk. Great communication with the property manager, he even reached out the day of check in to make sure everything was good!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very nice and plenty of room. However, some of the other renters in the building were just outright disgusting. Partying til all hours of the night, throwing things off their balcony into the pool while blasting their music just to name a few. Also pool was not secure. We watched neighboring tenants use the pool the return to their building.

I wish we could give a 10 star rating!! This place was absolutely AMAZING in every way possible! The pictures (although beautiful) don't do it justice! The views were breathtaking and almost everything was within walking distance. We were even able to see dolphins from the balcony! We took our 12 year old son and our 14 and 15 year old daughters and they loved every part of the condo! Everything was extremely clean and immaculate! Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and check-in/out was super easy! Property manager was quick to respond if we had questions and so polite and easy to work with! Overall, the BEST place we've ever stayed! Thank you for a very memorable getaway. Will definitely stay here again!!

I have been visiting OC for the past 35 years this is the nicest property I have ever stayed at. The location is great, close enough to the rides and attractions without being too close for the noise of the boardwalk to disturb you. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again myself.

We had a great stay here. It was my family of four (kids 14 & 10) and my parents and there was plenty of room. The kitchen and main living area was so spacious. It was nicely decorated and clean and amazing ocean views. Great balcony to sit outside and watch the ocean and people watch. It is right on the boardwalk, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the festival area to not be super busy or noisy. We did not have to drive anywhere! We went off season so I'm sure it would be much busier during season. Had a great time and would highly recommend you stay here for your visit to OC.

This was our first stay at this home, but not the last. We love the access to the beach across the boardwalk and the view from the living room and main bedroom were absolutely beautiful. Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking together. The staff responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of.

We have rented in Ocean City many times. This was the cleanest and best condo we have rented. It is extremely spacious. You can’t get better views of the ocean. Best sunrise views complete with dolphins. We will definitely stay again!
