The house was spacy and clean. The decoration was as appears in the pictures. The access is easy and the parking is not very hard. The building is very old but there is a lift for persons who may need it. Finally, there was a sealed bottle of wine in the fridge, along with some water, which was great.

Although mattresses in both bedrooms seemed to be new they were extremely firm. A window screen shall be added to the bathroom window. In the kitchen, we found some free small coffee packs and tea bags. However, the coffee packs which have an expiration date on them expired in 2021... I really hope that this was an honest mistake.

The living room is quite spacious and the flat big in an old building, typical of the neighbourhood. There is a lift. Location close to the main square and short walk to the beach. There is a bus stop for bus n.1 Kalamata-Filoxenia nearby to go to the beach and avoid walking in the heat.

Our bed was very comfortable but has an extension on one side where I found it difficult to move and open the window, in fact I tripped and hit my foot and broke my toe nail.

The location of the apartment allows you to forget about the car if you like to walk. Nothing is missing in the apartment or there is everything you need to feel good.

Easy to find, parking in front of the house, public, free of charge. Big, lot of space, nicely decorated. Rooms and bathroom very clean, but blankets on the sofas in living room worn out. Lot of stores arround it, Excellent wifi and aircons. Close to old center, 15 min on foot. We were wellcomed with a bottle of good chilled wite vine and some biscuits which were left on the plate in the kitchen. Kitchen is very well equiped.

Keybox with NO NAME on it. Firstly we were given wrong 4 digit code instead of 3 digit code, so we couldnt get the keys at least 15 minutes, until we guessed the code ourselves, despite we were in contact with agency person who responded quickly. There was unpleasent smell when we came in it for the first time. There was lack of elektric light in the living room so we changed electric bulbs ourselves with some we found in the cupboard. Fridge was leaking several times, creating small pond on the kitchen floor. The toster was left full of melted cheese. Whole building is invaded by pidgeons so their feathers and excrements were everywhere including balcony fances and garden chairs. The flat IS NOT 5 min to the beach, but 8-10 min by car ( check Google maps). The matress in smaller room is very hard, bed is creeky and the plastified sheet on it was and small and unconvenient. We stayed for 10 days. Although we made this remarks - staying in Melinas app. was positive experience for us, and we will recommand it to others.

This apartment has EVERYTHING you will ever need, possibly even more. Lots of space for 4 people, very efficient A/C in every room, fully equipped kitchen (the small icemaker was very usefull), washing machine, spare umbrellas, the heaters helped us dry everything after the heavy rains. Quiet building. Shops, coffee bar, bakery, cheap and awesome fast food place (Sef) in ~100m radius. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, town center. Internet: ~10 mbps, enough for Netflix in the evenings. Great contact with the Owner. All the details sent right after the booking + again right before arriving and checkout. Once again thank you for your flexibility regarding our visit. All in all, loved the week spent there.

For the love of Zeus, please please change the bed in the "Orange" room (the one with the massage chair). As it turned out, I move A LOT in my sleep - the mattress was quite hard and the bed creaked with my every move, so I was sent to the huge sofa in the living room, that was luckily really comfortable :) As mentioned by others, there was a particular smell from the street from time to time, but manageable.

Big and comfy.

During night time we couldn’t find parking. A very bad smell ( like garbage) was coming from the next apartments.
