Prices are high as per the location and facilities, overall good and comfortable stay.

Booked for 2 nights. Extended 1 more night which was no problem. Staffs were very helpful. Hot water for shower was available on our request without any problems. Breakfast was good. Manager was very helpful and supported us in booking taxi with driver to Munnar and Allepey. Recommended and supported us in booking hotel in Munnar which was very nice hotel with beautiful view.

Flies on fruit during breakfast put me off to eat.

Breakfast is the best thing about this hotel and is very, very good. The rooms are big

The shower was useless. Very, very low pressure, not always hot water, impossible to have a decent shower. The bed sheets were a grey shade of white and did not look very well. The bathroom was smelling quite bad. Is very noisy. When you close the door it slams with a big noise. I gave my clothes for laundry and my withe tshirts and shirts came back ruinned.

The rooms are not lighted in day time. Nothing is visible from the back side room,s window except the wall of the next building.

The over all vibe of the hotel was super chill. The staff were friendly and polite and there to help with any needs. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel was in a very central area hence accessible to the metro . Overall I had a great stay. Was an aesthetic and nice hotel !

Everything was great , wouldn’t change anything about the hotel. Late night room service option would be great though !

The location is really good. It’s in the middle of the city, but thankfully , away from all the noise. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly as well.

My stay at the neighborhood hotel was nothing short of a pleasant experience .we had a comfortable stay at the hotel ,the rooms were clean and spaceous . A big shout out to the well trained and cordial staffs who work there for coordinating things very well.

Cleanliness

Firstly, staff excellent. We arrived early and they proactively expedited out room to get it ready. They also arranged late checkout - v helpful (extra cost, but expected and reasonable) Good location to train station, ferry to Fort Kochi and Kochi itself. Spotlessly clean large room and bathroom and superb shower (note the "standard room with fan" does have AC - check small print). Much more quality hotel than the price paid. High rating as at this price point it exceeded expectations. Better than some western hotels we've used! Breakfast was plentiful and nice.

The room was large and the air conditioning was good. We also met the owner, who seemed really nice and was keen to improve the hotel. We liked the art around the hotel.

The toilet seat was unclean when we arrived and we had to notify staff to clean it again. The staff were very rude and uncommunicative. When I was recovering from hospital and on bed rest, the staff tried to stop my husband bringing food to me in the room. The breakfast food was not great and the chef was one of the grumpiest people we have ever met. We also had to unplug our phone in our room after the reception staff kept calling us early (while I was still on bed rest) and we asked them to stop but they didn’t.
