Our host Ewa communicated with us since the beginning by providing us all we need and also sending us tips for Chania. It was very easy to find the place, we had no issues with the location, and actually we loved it because it is where the locals stay. We felt safe and the neighbours were quite nice. There are shops nearby, and also a few restaurants and bars to eat/drink. There was always a parking spot available during our stay, and we had absolutely no issues at all. We had to arrive a little late, and Ewa was very helpful and flexible about our check-in. The apartment was recently renovated and super clean. All measures regarding the pandemic were taken strictly, every single detail was considered. The kitchen was well equipped, we had all we needed. You even have drip coffee or espresso machine options. Ewa had some thyme honey for us and it was so delicious. The AC was working well, and enough to make a quality stay for us even in the middle of July. The bed was very comfortable, and had a small space outside where we could have our morning coffee and dry our beach stuff. Considering the location, cleanliness, comfort, and the value we got, I must say that this apartment is fairly priced. I do recommend travellers to consider it. We can't wait to be back!
