L’emplacement: vue sur la plage, accès direct à la plage depuis la résidence par un petit portail. À quelque km du centre de Rosas mais en toute quiétudes. L’appartement : 5 places réelles, propre et lumineux, belle terrasse, disposition optimale, équipement très correct et récent, quelques produits de base pour la vaisselle et les toilettes, plaque à induction avec hotte intégrée. Lits confortables, lit en hauteur muni d’une protection anti-chute amovible. TV gigantesque. Internet efficace. Parking fermé dans la résidence. Parking extérieur possible.

Machine à café filtre seulement. Parking pas directement adjacent au logement et très étroit ( nécessite un maîtrise des dimensions du véhicule et de multiples manœuvres pour entrer sortir)

L’emplacement est parfait pour la plage. L’appartement vient d’être refait et c’est très joli et fonctionnel. La vue depuis le balcon est trop belle.

The view from the balcony is amazing. The area is very calm because is in the outskirts. There are parking spots so that's not an issue. The kitchen had everything we needed and a good living room to be all together

There was no soap nor shower gel provided, we had to go by car to buy one. Also the instructions to the flat are very cryptic and the building has almost cero signs we had to try the key in multiple doors because there are no door numbers

The apartment was in an amazing location with a great view. The owner was very helpful. We had two sets of keys. Once we were in the apartment we could not fault it. 10/10!!

The key collection was from a hotel in Roses, make sure to read the instructions. It was a little difficult to park and we had already come through Roses so had to go back. This was not the owner's fault, it is quite typical of key collections in this quiet area. The receptionist was very nice but it would have been useful for us if they explained the 'laminate' better. Number 4 is the location of the apartment and 5 is where you park for 10 mins to unload and 2 is where you park the car afterwards. We were looking for a door number. The gardener is not interested in helping people. You need to read the laminate and do 5, 4 then 2. It is a very visual way of finding the apartment. From 5, up the ramp and immediately left.
