close to train station, near airport. only stayed there to catch an early flight. hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and bathroom was very nice.

breakfast started at 6.30 too late for us. no shuttle to airport until 5.07am too late for us we ended up paying 48 CHR for cab yikes!!! I think this airport hotel should provide earlier breakfast and earlier shuttle because it is clearly an airport hotel!!! there are no restaurants near by nothing to see close by.

The availability of hot and cold drinks at all times in the breakfast lounge. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The fact that the airport shuttle bus service to the hotel did not run according to the timetable and the hidden 10 CF cost payable for the return leg.

All was fine, just a bit bad smell inside the room, but not much annoying. Breakfast was good.

Clean and modern room

I and my wife landed at Zurich airport separately and both of us couldn't find the hotel airport shuttle. You can find all hotels shuttles in the parking lot except the jet hotel. I asked the hotel if we need to make a reservation for the shuttle service a couple of days before and they said no reservation was needed. I waited 40 mins ath the shuttle parking lot and there was no one to pick me up. In the end I was tired of waiting and I got a taxi. While I checked in I told the shuttle issue to reception and they told me that there is a schedule for shuttles. There was no schedule information at the airport shuttle parking lot (other hotels have) and also they didnt give any information when I asked for a shuttle reservation.

one only staff member called Kasia was helpful,polite and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after as I had mentioned how were treated by a male staff member at checkin

It was very clean and the staff super-helpful. the location is very good for transport into Zurich and to the airport. Breakfast was tasty!

It would have been better and saved me time and money had I known in advance how public transport worked from the airport - especially that it it isn't available 24/7 the hotel doesn't have impressive facilities. It's a simple place.
