Situato a Barre Circle, la nostra casa affascinante e accogliente si trova nel centro di Baltimora, a soli 4 isolati dalle principali catene alberghiere. È la location perfetta per eventi sociali, riunioni o viaggi di lavoro. Si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi UMB, UMMC, l'Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Ravens Stadium, Horseshoe Casino, Hippodrome Theatre, Orioles Stadium, MARC Train's Camden Station, National Aquarium e molte altre attrazioni di Baltimora.

Costruito nel 1800, la nostra casa accogliente e pittoresco ristrutturato è composto da una cucina, soggiorno / sala da pranzo, 3 camere da letto, 2 1/2 bagni e un enorme spazio esterno. Inoltre, si ha accesso a un bel parco nel mezzo del blocco. Abbiamo appena lanciato questa casa su Airbnb e poco a poco stiamo appendendo l'arte in giro per casa. Luis è un fotografo di strada e artista di strada, quindi vedrai il suo lavoro in tutta la casa e, se lo cerchi, in città.

Composto da oltre 160 case, Barre Circle è un affascinante e storico quartiere di case a schiera di mattoni dagli anni '40 agli anni '80. Le case sono per lo più case a schiera di mattoni a due e tre piani. Qui si trovano molti interessanti restauri e giardini; molte case hanno grandi cantieri e il quartiere ha due grandi spazi comuni.

Siamo letteralmente a 2 isolati dall'Università del Maryland, a 1/2 miglio dal Convention Center e dallo Stadio di Orioles, a 3/4 miglia dal Ravens Stadium e dal Casinò di Horseshoe, a meno di un miglio dall'Inner Harbour. Le principali catene alberghiere come Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, ecc. Sono 4 isolati di distanza dalla nostra casa. Le fermate degli autobus pubblici partono a mezzo isolato di distanza. La casa è vicino a MARC e Amtrak Trains, Light Rail, Baltimore Water Taxi, Baltimore Bike Share e Baltimore City Circulator.

This was a very good property for our purposes to be downtown and go to a game. The property was as desceibed although the top floor (second) fill bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so we were unable to use it. The Wifi was very troublesome and inconsistent as well. Overall, a good experience that we would consider again.

Everything worked out the way it should. Clean house. Fun neighborhood we used scooters almost the time.
Never had a problem with parking or the homeless. I live in Dallas and I feel like I see way more homeless people out in Dallas. Nobody ever bothered us. So overall good stay! Thanks

The home is super cute! We had a wonderful stay. Everything was super clean even the 3rd floor room was cool in the hot summer. We pulled out the sofa in the living room for a little more room to watch tv before bed. Ordered door dash, insomnia cookies and cheesecake factory delivery during our stay and had no issues with delivery. Luis was super awesome and answered all of our questions quickly. Great stay!!

We booked this place for a friends birthday weekend. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was spacious enough for all of us plus some. Excellent house!

An excellent rental in wonderful condition in a great location with a very helpful host. Being a VRBO host myself, I appreciate the effort it takes to maintain such a nice property. The only suggestion I have is to make clear in the rental description that the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms may be a problem for elderly people. Hand rails would really help, but may not be possible because of how narrow the stairs are. Thank you again for letting us stay with you..!!

A nice clean space to stay in. The only problem is location. A lot of homeless people right outside. Across the street in the park are several tents and everyday coming and leaving the place we were approached by someone. Our Uber driver said that we really should not be staying in that part of town. It was ok, we walked the few mins to the downtown area everyday, but we were woken up at night due to arguments and loud shouting outside the house in the middle of the night. Earplugs recommended.

As with other reviews, the location is super close to everything in downtown Baltimore. The property is well maintained and clean. The only warning I would put out is that there are several steep wooden steps (almost lighthouse like). If you have mobility issues or small children, you might want to keep that in mind. I know that's not something the owner can change, but it's good to note. During our trip, the Vrbo app was giving us issues and the owner was very responsive. Overall, it was a good experience!

Great location!
We came to Baltimore to see a baseball game at Camden Yards. Unfortunately, our baseball game was rained out. If I’m able to come back for the rescheduled game I would stay here again! We were able to easily walk to the game as well as many restaurants and shops at the Inner Harbor. There are homeless in the area, but nothing you wouldn’t see in any other major city. We felt very safe. It was a wonderful home that was clean and perfect for our group of 4 to spread out. There’s plenty of room for many more people. Enjoy!

Fun getaway
This property was awesome ! Good location close to all the museums/stores/stadiums. Spacious rooms 3 bathrooms which was a huge plus. Great place to stay ! My family enjoyed it and loved having their own rooms and space ! Will be visiting again soon and would love to come back to this rental !

This place was great. The size made it perfect. There was a total of 4 of us and we had plenty Of a space to space out. It was in the ideal location for all that we did. I give it an overall 10 out of 10.

Just right!
In town for the Monday night football game, this was exactly what we needed. It’s within walking distance to the stadium and a short drive to the inner harbor. Would definitely book again for future trips to Baltimore

What a great weekend! This house was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space for our girls weekend. Most of all the location is just right, 3-5 minutes from the harbor... Definitely will stay again!

Return to my Hometown
I was very pleased with the location and condition of the property. My kids loved the place and it had everything that we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer by our schedule was very tight.

Check in was after the scheduled 3pm since the cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived however it was the day after Christmas so understand if they started a little later than normal they were polite and let us know when they were done. Would definitely recommend.

Property was just as described. Accommodated everyone in my party with room to spare. Perfect for our family get together.

Maryland Trip
My stay in Maryland was amazing. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is ok a lot of homeless people right outside. The only thing I would recommend is cleaning the couch or finding a couch cover. Over all the trip was amazing. Thank you

Nice stay
Renting was easy peasey online. I made numerous changes from the time I submitted request. Gabriella was on point responding to me and able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. She offered suggestions for us. We had a fairly large group to accommodate and this place fit us perfectly. Even though we were on a main road, the surrounding residential neighborhood was beautiful and well maintained. We were so close to downtown and close to airport and highway. Thank you Gabriella

Clean and close to everything
We were happy we decided to rent this townhouse instead of the hotel we were looking at. It rained almost every day we were there so the extra room and convenience of the kitchen was perfect.The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were walking distance to Camden Yards and restaurants and bars in the area. We also walked to Inner Harbor which is a little bit of a walk and took an Uber when it was raining. Cost of Ubers were reasonable $5-9 each way depending on time for 5 people. I would definitely recommend this house but just make sure you read the parking signs for hours (you may need to move your car as we did get a ticket one day).
