Was perfect!! There were a few things that need to be fixed but we did not let that deter us from having a great time. We mainly ate out and stayed at the beach. Beach was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.

Our condo was very nice, great location, spacious and easy access to the beach. The door to the balcony on the main floor was extremely hard to open and the handle was broken when we got there, it was unable to be fixed while we were there because the part was unavailable. The upstairs smelt like mildew from the laundry room. The two small bedrooms were extremely dark even with the lights on. When doing the laundry the upstairs was 79 degrees while the AC was on 70. There were TV's in all of the rooms but remotes weren't with them. The only TV that had a remote was the living room one. There was a bunk room on the 1st floor which had an x-box in it which my grandson was excited about but didn't have the connections that were needed. So maybe they could make sure the remotes work, the x-box worked, etc. Overall, we had a great time just being together in a Beautiful part of Florida. Victoria the Manager was a such a nice person who Really tried to get the slider fixed, it was out of her hands. I think the sliding door needs to be replaced, it was probably due to the saltwater damage.

Victoria, the property manager went above and beyond to rectify a few things we discovered upon our arrival. 5 stars for her. The PENTHOUSE did not live up to its name. We were assured that if we came back next year, and we just might, that our feedback/voice has been heard and the deficiencies will be addressed.

This place is great. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything you would want in the kitchen. Great communication with the owner. Awesome views and easy access to the batch. If you have a large group this is a great place for everyone to be together.

We had a family trip involving 4 adults, 3 teens, 3 pre-teens, and a 5 year old. The property was more than sufficient for our group! The property comes with everything you will need to have a great time. Excellent views, the pool was great, and very easy beach access. There were an abundance of towels and even beach towels for our use. There were beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon located in the storage garage available to use as well. The kitchen included a lot of unexpected items as a bonus. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes for our family of 11 and there was even a coffee grinder, crockpot, waffle iron, and ice cream maker. We didn’t use most of them, but if you are reading this you might be excited to have those on hand. Something that you can’t take for granted is who you have for a host. I have to say that Victoria was extremely accommodating in any way she could. She really goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. She works hard to be sure your stay is what you need it to be. We had an issue where both coffee makers stopped working (yes with 7 kids that was potentially catastrophic lol) and Victoria took time out of her busy day with her family to drive to multiple locations to be sure she got a nice coffee maker for the unit. She personally dropped it off very quickly with a little gift for our inconvenience. All in all we had an incredible week and will book again in the future! Thank you Victoria!

We rented the unit for our family. We had plenty of space for a family of 9. Lovely view from the balcony. Everything was better than expected, the host responded very quickly to meet our needs.

This was the perfect condo for us! There were eleven of us and there was plenty of room for all of us! Excellent view from eleven and twelve stories up! It was beautiful to get up in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning! The kitchen is perfectly supplied and allowed us to cook many meals for all eleven people! Three bathrooms worked very well for us and the beds were all very comfortable! After a long day it was always relaxing to sit in the remote control recliner, sofa and love seat. Just be careful not to fall asleep! Thank you Victoria for a great vacation!!!

Overall stay was pretty good, just some cleanliness issues, and the balcony door on first floor would not lock. Floors were dirty and had to wear flip flops or you feet would turn black. A few cosmetic issues with holes in wall but nothing major. When you pay over 6000 dollars to stay somewhere it should be very clean and tidy.

Loved the penthouse
The penthouse was extremely spacious for my family of 8. Upon arrival we noticed some areas that weren’t very clean but the property manager was right on it and had the cleaning staff come back. There was another issue that was out of her control but again was very attentive, responsive and apologetic.
We will definitely be returning to this property!

Great place for large family!
We had 12 people total including a couple teenagers and an infant. The condo is vary spacious with beautiful views. The pool and beach access were very easy to get to and there is a souvenir shop downstairs. We had very minor issues that I privately discussed with the owner who was very nice and accommodating. All in all it was a great place to stay!

My Memorial Week Stay

Beautiful place
This place was beautiful , clean and had comfortable beds . Check in was a breeze and the views was awesome . The pool area was clean and the pools were nice . This place is family friendly !! I will use this place again we really enjoyed our stay.

We had 6 adults and 6 children (6-11) stay in the Penthouse Condo. Victoria was super responsive. The cleaning crew didn’t leave us enough towels so she came over to bring more just to find out the linen closet didn’t have enough either. So she went to Bed Bath and Beyond to get us new within two hours! The pool was also a major plus for us for early mornings when moms were getting everything ready for the day, the dads could take the kids down for an hour or two.

This unit has a spectacular view from the master bedroom, dining room, and living area. There is also plenty of space for children and comes equipped with a booster chair and some books, games and items for the beach.
The building’s pool has a heated area which is also partially covered making it a nice option for the double red flag days where even touching the gulf water was prohibited. The beach is across the street but there is a crosswalk a few steps from the building and most people are very cognizant of stopping for pedestrians. Once you cross the street you must go down several steps.
The kitchen is nicely equipped and spacious but the dining table only seats eight. Places to hang beach towels and bath towels are few but the large washer and dryer minimizes this issue.
Check in and out was super efficient and the owner very responsive to any concerns. I would stay here again and recommend it to any large family.

Annual family vacation
We take a family vacation every summer and this unit worked out very good from a logistical stand point. We were a little disappointed in the overall cosmetic condition.Maybe some upgrades would be in order. Overall it was very clean and worked out very well for us.

Beautiful Place, Great Service
The property was very nice, well decorated and spacious. The bedding layout was not as expected, verify that it has been updated. The beds were very comfortable and they have made great use of the space, even though there is room for 5 people in two of the bedrooms, they are not over crowded. Upstairs bathrooms are very nice, plenty of room. Bedroom 5 is very small, really meant for children.
I have never stayed in a rental that really thought of everything that a guest may need. They had plenty of dishwasher powders, laundry soap, coffee filters, and other surprises that were wonderful touches. The kitchen had everything needed, and nice items, not cheap scratched up pans, but caphalon! The washer and dryer were huge, although the dryer did struggle. The TV in the room we were in, had dead batteries in remote. They had extra batteries, just not size that remote needed. It was fine, we weren’t there for TV, but the beach. Very nice views and pretty convenient to walk out and across road to stairway to beach. Only complaints were with building, not unit - only area to rinse sand off is locked in pool area - only open 8am-10pm, some of our group never even knew it was there. And the chairs that they set up ALL the way across the front of the beach with no breaks in between. There is a store on first floor, that is so convenient for ice and other last minute items.
Julie, the property manager, was amazing. She was extremely responsive, sometimes within minutes. The one issue we had, with the layout, she worked with us and the owners quickly and got things resolved. We were very happy with the attitude of service both Julie and the owners displayed. We would stay here again just knowing that we would have Julie looking out for us. We called her as we left to thank her for her help and are already working on a return trip. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very busy location with highway shoulder public parking and large families with numerous canopies on the beach. Unit furniture shows wear and needs re-staining. Some bedroom furniture cheap for expensive Penthouse. TV in Master bedroom inconvenient location. Faucet in Master bath loose. Not enough towels in bathrooms. Constant laundry for larger group. VRBO and on-site manager were excellent.

Fabulous vacation!
We had a great time. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to feed a large family. There were dirty sheets on the foldout couch, we just washed them and it was fine. The beach view is perfect. The only complaint about the beach was that La Dolce Vita and Seascapes resort puts umbrellas and chairs along the entire public beach area. It blocks the view of the ocean and makes it hard to watch your kids playing. We had to get up extra early to set up our tent and chairs. Overall, we lived our stay and the property manager was easily accessible. Thank you for a fabulous time!!!

Excellent family setting
We had a Great time. The location was perfect for all of our needs and conveniently located for stores, shops and recreation. We were not overly concerned with the TVs in the bedrooms but the one located in the Family room should be replaced.
Everyone enjoyed the spacious rooms and set up. The was a perfect vacation and we will definitely do it again.

Family
This is the second year in a row that we rented at Majestic Sun but our first in this penthouse. The unit is beautiful and well stocked. We had a welcome package along with extra supplies that made our move in easier. Location is great and allowed us to view the fireworks from the beach in both directions. We would definitely rent again.
