Storica casa in mattoni con vista sul mare dalla posizione. Portico posteriore e ingresso privato alla camera matrimoniale. A un isolato di distanza siete sulla passeggiata sul fiume con negozi e ristoranti con vista sull'acqua. Un isolato a destra sei al caffè, al cupcake, ai pub, al museo dell'artigianato artistico, alla cucina raffinata, alla drogheria locale, agli splendidi edifici storici, ai tour dei fantasmi e persino a ottenere il tuo tour privato a cavallo e buggy in tutto il centro. Quindi abbastanza quando vuoi rilassarti lontano dal rumore del trambusto ma a un isolato da tutta l'azione. 20 minuti di corsa verso l'oceano. Quindi non devi preoccuparti del parcheggio. This place was exactly as described and shown in pictures! Air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. It was super close to everything in downtown Wilmington so we didn’t have to walk more than a couple minutes to any restaurant, coffee, or bar. The host was great and provided contact information in case we needed anything at any time! Highly recommend for your trip to Wilmington!

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and welcoming. Very convenient walking distance to everything on the riverwalk. Private parking spot is a definite plus.

The location is so close to the Riverwalk in a pretty neighborhood. We walked everywhere. Easy to step down to the river and watch the sunset.
Nice furniture for sharing space with another couple. Good communication with Chris, the owner.

Condo’s location could not be better, easy walking distance to river, and downtown, and it has off street parking, which is a bonus. Check-in was simple and host’s response was almost immediate to my note about broken dishwasher. Bedrooms, dining room and living area are spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen set up is basic. Pacing/barking dog upstairs annoyance is offset by white noise machine provided for one bedroom. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington. One block from river walk. The driveway means no hassle parking. We did have some AC issues but the owner was on it before we knew there was a problem. Great place to stay, would stay there again.

We found the home charming with its sea decor and soooo comfortable. It was in a perfect location for the river walk. We walked a lot and slept like a dream in very comfortable beds! parked the car and did not get back in the car until time to leave. This home exceeded our expectations for location! The large driveway is such a bonus when you are in downtown Wilmington. The house was well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely return.

This is the perfect location for enjoying the amenities along the river front. However, there's some maintenance that needs to be done, especially to the bathroom. Shower curtain rod isn't fastened to the wall, toilet wobbles and toilet seat is loose, missing light bulb above vanity, and bathroom door is hard to close. Not the quality you would expect for the price--but a great location. A little work and refreshment to the interior would go a long way to making this a place you'd want to return to.

Everything went great with check in. Christohper was available to answer any questions we may had. The location is amazing and having parking was a win win. The house had all the essentials for several days you would need and was very clean. Would highly recommend this house if visiting Wilmington, close to everything you need.

Liked staying there but...
My wife and I were staying in Wilmington for a wedding and a few days of sightseeing while in the area. Great location. Well equipped kitchen.
We left a day early because I aquired multiple insect bites on my legs after snoozing on the couch. I was reminded that dogs are allowed so presumed the bites were flea bites.

Wonderful & comfortable home in central location of historic district!
We (my adult daughters and I) love to visit historical areas and when we do, we love to stay in the historic district and walk to everything. That made this place perfect for us. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and shops being so close, and the river walk was very pleasant. Many beautiful, interesting, and historic homes are also within walking distance. The home was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay and would return.

Expensive Disaster
Strong smell of kerosene or machine oil, unable to stay for any of the planned 4 night rental period. Owner refunded only part of the cost, and VRBO refused to refund any of their fees.

Great location but house was sub par
The location was nice. The house had strange odor when we entered and it was there the entire time. Also a lawnmower was stored in the master closet and we kept smelling “freshly cut grass” during the night. The place was very dirty. The filter was extremely dirty and replaced it and cleaned the grate myself. Upstairs neighbors chose that weekend to move out so we had extreme noise even over night.

Awesome place!
We had a great time staying here. It was the cutest place in the best location. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars on the riverwalk! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

We walked everywhere. It was so nice being close to the Riverwalk and tons of fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. Loved it!
The place was cute - very clean and set up well. It was the perfect spot for our girls' weekend, but would have been great for a romantic get-away as well.

Great house! Great location!
We came to Wilmington to visit our daughter and this was the perfect location! We were able to walk to great restaurants and breweries. Really enjoyed evening strolls up in the historic homes. The house was clean and comfortable. The weather didn't cooperate to hang on the back porch, but we'll back this summer. Thanks for a great visit!
