Lovely flat with great facilities and easy parking.

Cleaning could have been better, skirting’s and ledges grubby and cobwebs on ceiling, but overall no other issues.

Love the flat .location was good not too far to walk to shops etc .nice touch with the toys our granddaughter loved them .

No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes up .

The location was great. The price was affordable. Keys in lock box accessible.

We booked this apartment because we stayed there last year and it was great. There were a lot of changes since then. The information about the facilities are incorrect. There is no washing machine. There is no DVD player. Most of the cupboard doors have locks on them now so it wasn't able to access extra bedding, which was needed as there was only pillows under the bed for the sofa bed and no duvet. There was an iron but no ironing board. The bedrooms were switched which was impracticable. A double bed pushed against a wall isn't great. Had we not stayed here last year and had more facilities available to us then our review would be different this year. We'd planned to book this apartment every year (when available) but unlikely to do so. I think ownership changed??

Booked this property as a Christmas present for my parents. I have booked this property previously, after they enjoyed it I thought I’d book it again. They were really pleased to go back and said it was just as good the second time and said how lovely the bathroom was. Plenty of local places to eat and drink and know without hesitation that they will use this property again. Many thanks to the owners for making the property so lovely.

Lovely apartment.Very clean.

Was a lovely spacious flat. Had plenty of books and some toys for our son to play with. Plenty of bedding and towels etc. Heating was on constantly so was so toasty and warm. Had good WIFI and plenty of tv channels.

The key safe was a bit fiddly to use. Also could have done with a sign on the cupboard for where the washing machine is, I didn't find it until the last night.

Very welcoming with the tea and coffee and biscuits. Everything you need for a lovely stay.

The key combination box was hard to open. It should mention steep three steps to the property. It would benefit from a hand rail. Also stairs to the apartment elderly people might find difficult 🤔

The apartment is currently undergoing some improvements but it does not affect it is still good value for what we paid for. The host is very thoughtful and there are tips for some key areas, which is heart-warming. We would recommend

Sofa bed would be better to be replaced. Shower is better to be replaced ( which we know will be your next project from the tips)

Bathroom/ shower need updating when new owners get chance in between bookings. Access down the back stairs to empty bins needs sorting out.

Kitchen window is dangerous no rails or locks & doesn't close well. Used milk left in fridge.
