The 2 storey apartment is spotlessly clean and artistically decorated. The kitchen is new and there is plenty of cutlery. Airconditioned throughout for a pleasant stay. The very large balcony has an outdoor setting with amazing uninterupted views over the ocean, especially the sunsets that can be enjoyed whilst enjoying food and a glass of wine on the very private terrace. Antonella met us punctually to hand over the keys and walk us through the property. She was available to answer any questions that we may have via Whatsapp. It was comforting to know there is someone like Antonella accessable just in case we had any questions. Thankyou Antonella! My wife and I are very fussy travellers and have decided that when we return to Alghero, it will only be if we can secure accommodation at this apartment. The apartment is very private, superquiet at night and within walking to distance to the many attractions and literally 100's of restaurants at your fingertips.

The angled roof line on the second storey can make it a little akward when getting out of bed or using the toilet, especially if you are very tall. The staircase to access the property is steep and narrow. But, you can live with these little things when you are enjoying the very large downstairs dining area and adjacent outdoor balcony with uninterupted sea views.

Bellissimo appartamento con fantastico terrazzo! Finiture di pregio ed arredamento dell’intero appartamento molto curato e particolare. Posizione perfetta in città per dimenticarsi la macchina ma essere al centro di tutto. E vogliamo parlare della vista spettacolare?? Per 2 persone la casa è molto ampia, con più spazi rispetto a quanto si può intravedere dalle foto( ad esempio cabina / stanza armadio non citata al piano sopra, bagno di servizio e ripostiglio al piano sotto), Ma sopratutto: vogliamo parlare della splendida scala in mezzo? Stupenda

Il piano sopra - con le 2 camere ben arredate e spaziose ed in particolare il bagno con super doccia- può risultare un po’ a rischio per le persone alte, in quanto sottotetto con soffitto a spioventi non molto alti. Però noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, con un po’ di attenzione. Unica nota da segnalare: la cucina e’ stata ammodernata recentissimamente, per cui non corrisponde più alle foto (ex non c’è più vero forno ma solo un micro/combo). Forse la vecchia versione risultava più intonata al resto dell’appartamento….

Location. Terrace is amazing. Lovely apartment and very well stocked. Tea coffee, every needed utensil. Staff were so helpful and kind. Antonella and Rita are always available.

While not an issue for us there stairs up to the property would be challenging for any guest with mobility issues.

Antonella the property manager was great, right on time and handed us keys and gave us a quick tour and instruction. Very responsive on parking and ZTL times, restaurants for dinner, aperitifs etc. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and well equipped with umbrellas, table and chairs, lounge chairs as well. Sunsets are amazing over the water. Kitchen was adequate, salt and pepper and olive oil would have been appreciated.

Mattress was very soft. The bed should be positioned on the tall wall so neither person has to duck to get in and out of the bed. The angled ceiling is not great when you wake up in the middle of the night and crack your head on it. Also know that the bathroom also has the lower ceiling and you must duck to get to the toilet. Not a deal breaker but for someone that has a handicap issue it might be a problem.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt! Die Terrasse ist absolut genial!

Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch gegriffen. Das hintere Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vorab wäre ein Hinweis zur Parkplatzsituation sinnvoll.

The location is just perfect, in the old town. The terrace is even more beautiful than on the pictures. The view worth all the money. We had a wonderful time, we'll be definately back!

A 40 min walk to beach

The view was amazing. Short walk to the beach and grocery store, many restaurants around. Coffe to go around the corner. The city and shopping also around the corner. For 2 to 4 friends or two couples best apartment.
