Cannot rave enough about this space. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood, very relaxing. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we at home. Beautifully decorated, but not “elegant” so you definitely felt relaxed. Everything was very well equipped. We Ubered mostly, so we can’t speak to parking. Again, 5 stars, would definitely recommend to anyone.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and fully-equipped home for a great price in the Austin/Pflugerville area, this is the place to be.
We were a family of 4 (two kids aged 10 and 6), and it was perfect. The boys stayed in the room with a loft bed and twin bed. If we had more time, we would've tried out the video games provided by the owner.
Unfortunately, we were visiting to attend my father's funeral, so we didn't get to try out all of the entertainment provided by the owner. However, this home away from home provided a no-stress stay with all the necessary conveniences for us; the owner even provided bottled water, snacks, and coffee for us! We hardly had to get anything from the store.
The owner, Terry, was also very easy to reach, and he often took initiative to reach out to us with necessary info.
I would readily book this place again!

This is easily the nicest VRBO we've stayed in. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the house was attractively decorated. It was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk away from a playground that had a corral full of friendly goats across the creek. We were not traveling with kids, but the playground access plus the bedroom with bunkbeds and motion-activated night lights in the hallways would make it a great choice for families. The home also had a robust air conditioning unit, which was wonderful as we were traveling during a major heat wave. A definite 5 out of 5.

One of the cleanest places that we’ve ever stayed. Convenient to the park system. We enjoyed the trails. Kitchen was well organized, as was the whole house.

My friends were here from The Netherlands and I wanted a place the 3 of us could enjoy and spend quality time together. This home was perfect! Clean and comfortable! Very nice set up and I would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to so many restaurants and things to do. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for my friends and myself!

Perfect for the 4 of us! Enjoyed the Pflugerville and Round Top area. Would highly recommend the Pecan Street Station for breakfast. If ever back in the area would rent this home again!

High tech house
The house was clean and well furnished with lots of extras. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The Keurig had lots of flavors of coffee, tea cocoa. Gas fireplace in the family room was amazing. Nicely lit enclosed patio out back. Many of the lights came on automatically or were on automatic dimmers. The kitchen was well-equipped. This would be a good home for a family with two cute single beds, one a loft, in a separate room. Fun stay in Austin!

Everything and More
This house was everything it was advertised as being and more. It was very clean, beautiful and spacious with many thoughtful touches from the owner, such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in both showers, toothpaste, Q-tips and a kuerig with lots of k-cups to choose from. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was perfect. We did have one small issue with the plumbing that was resolved very quickly and professionally. I honestly cannot recommend this property enough, or say enough good things about it or the owner. We loved it!!

Wonderful place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was in a great location in Pfluggerville, close to stores and especially close to my son's house! The house was very comfortable and had just about every amenity we could think of available. The grand kids really enjoyed the playstation and games that were available to them.Terry checked in with us to make sure we arrived and things were to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this home, and will try to stay here again.

Home Away From Home Worth Every Penny
I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of this owner. It was apparent that the owner wants his guests to feel at home. From the candy dish and spare change at the entrance to the very informative guest book, the details were impressive! Everything was so easy to find and userfriendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The oversized bath towels were great! The house was so clean and it was more than a look. The house felt clean. The air was so clear. It's hard to explain. We walked on the floor with bare feet and there was no dust or trash on our feet at all. The owner was kind and helpful. He was promptly responsive. The home was decorated in a way that will make you feel that you're at home. The decor wasn't gaudy or cluttered and they didn't have pictures of themselves scattered around the house. There was a musical figurine that my daughter was in love with -- another great detail. The kids room was perfect for my three-year-old nephew and nine-year-old niece. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The couch was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. I would definitely stay at this house in the future.

Excellent location! Close to all major roadways, yet in great neighborhood! Terry couldn’t be more accommodating when we realized our flights would be cancelled due to weather and we were able to stay an extra day. Definitely stay here again when in town visiting the grands!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is updated and clean! The owner was great at making sure our needs were met. He has an attention to detail to make sure the house is stocked with things you might need during the stay. The property is conveniently located so you can jump on the highway to get to Austin or Round Rock easily. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the area!

My wife and family throughly enjoyed our stay at Terry’s home. Terry was nice to check on our status and offer to help if needed. Safe neighborhood and centrally located between Austin and Round Rock.
Easy access to the tourist attractions or the airport. We will return next Spring for another visit and we hope to stay a this home next time. ThanksTerry!

This house has everything
The layout of the house makes u wanna spend time with family. The back porch is where we hung out the most. Tvs in every room. Comfortable beds. Extra bedding. Lots of extra towels. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers in the bathrooms. House was so clean. My whole family felt like we were staying in a hotel. I appreciate the k-cup tree and creamer. I had about 2-3 cups of coffee a day. Kitchen had all the essentials. Close to shopping, lake pflugerville, water parks and downtown Austin.

Modern but homey
We so enjoyed our stay here. We were two boomers, our two daughters and two teenage grandsons, in Austin for a niece's wedding. We didn't hang out very much in the house, but it was a pleasure to come back here and have the amenities we needed. Oh, and the walking path behind the houses across the street, along the creek, was heavenly!
We ended up meeting family for brunch both mornings and were just a little disappointed that we couldn't use the generous breakfast supplies you left for us! (But the coffee was great!)
For a first time home-away-from-home rental, we had a great experience. Thank you so much!
