We booked this condo for a family get-a-way to celebrate parents 70th anniv. Everyone was impressed by the unit and all the amenities provided. The hosts have made sure your trip to Branson is comfortable and relaxing. We all would definitely book again if we make a return trip.

This was the ideal location for our family, close to eating and shopping. We liked the room set-ups. We all liked the screened in room. I would recommend this to others.

Property was just as expected. Very roomy and having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. The only thing I noticed that would have been helpful is if there would have been some kind of metal or glass baking dishes. We made the pie pan and loaf pan work for the buffalo chicken dip we made for our snack night. Overall, my family and friends were very pleased and will be staying there again if available on our next travel to Branson.

This property was in an excellent location and was very well laid out. We loved having four bedrooms and each having it’s own bath. The only negative was the floors were quite dirty so Im guessing the cleaning crew just didn’t do their job well. I spoke with the property owner/manager and he was very concerned and supportive. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful area.

The location, and housing are perfect for our family, this was the 2nd time to stay here and will cont to do so if available the weekends we visit.

This property was amazing! 4 bedrooms with all king size bed all with bathrooms, you can't ask for more. The only issue we had was the neighbors above us, they stomped arounds all night.

This condo and its location were excellent! The owner was easy to get ahold of to resolve a minor issue. He was instantly responsive and followed up to make sure all was well! Our only suggestion would be to put pads on the dining chair legs so they aren’t so noisy.

Second year staying here during our annual women’s conference get away. Great location and perfect size. Trouble with lock and manager responded immediately to help us out.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family who was staying in Branson for our daughter's wedding, Bedrooms were big and each bedroom had their own bathroom. Great location and convenient to Branson attractions. There was an issue with the hot water tank during the first day of our stay, and we had some difficulty connecting with the property manager, but he did respond and the issue was resolved for us for the remainder of our stay. Also, there was supposed to be a binder with information about the condo, check-out procedures, etc., but the binder was nowhere to be found in the condo.
Booking of the Condo and check-in was a smooth process.
Overall stay and experience was pleasant.

It was very nice. Plenty of towels. Loved the area. The only thing is I wish it had plastic cups for kids. Enjoyed our stay.

The carpet in two of the bedrooms were very dirty! All of the floors need a thorough cleaning! The condo had only ONE towel apiece and even less washcloths! The small Keurig pot was on the counter, but doesn’t work well for several people. So we took out the coffee maker that was in the cupboard and cleaned it with vinegar and we’re able to use it all week! Shon was very helpful with the TV.

This is an excellent, clean, roomy and well appointed and stocked property. We had an AC problem that could have derailed our golf trip, but thanks to Shon, the AC unit was fixed quickly. He communicated via calls and texts throughout the issue.
Now, if you want a nice 4 bed 4 bath facility this is the place.

Our whole group thought this was a great place to stay. We will 100% stay there again and recommend it to any one. We wish we would have access to the pool, and the floors could have used a little more cleaning. With that being said this does not affect the positive thought of our stay. The owner was very easy to contact, the location was quiet. Everyplace we went to was just minutes away. I am so happy we was able to stay here and if any one needs a place I will be recommending this place. Thanks to the owner for making out trip to Branson a very enjoyable stay

My code to enter was not applied. I had to call owner to get the code. WI-FI did not work. Could not watch TV in any of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a wonderful condo!

There was what appeared to be throw up on our bed spread. I called property manager and he at first argued that it was not possible. Then his solution was the get us a new one. It was a king bed and they bought a queen bed spread and didn’t bother taking it out of the package. Then I’m pretty confident on there way out with the dirty one they accidentally hit a lamp in the living room and broke it. Property manager tried to blame us for it. Said his cleaning crew is top notch. They made a bed with throw up in it. I think he needs new cleaning people

We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding. The apartment was nice and as pictured. Only suggestions would be extra towels and bath mats for next to the showers/tubs. Also you need to bring soap for the showers. None was provided. The pillows need to be updated as they smell a little musty/old.

Myself, my 4 siblings and all of our spouses met for a reunion over the Memorial weekend. We are all pretty spread out and Branson is fairly central for most of us. We enjoyed the city, activities and the condo. We were all very pleased with the location and the condo itself. The ONLY issue was access to the pool. We did not have a key card to get into the pool area. Some very nice people let us in and it was a great area also!! 110% happy with the whole experience. Would recommend to friends and definitely stay again. Close to action but very quiet.

One tub had standing water in 3 bathrooms were dirty all the bath room sink did not drain properly it took long time for hot water to get to sink &shower only had two parking spaces with 3 unit on ground floor

This property was clean, well organized and maintained, and gave a homey feel, especially with the holiday decor. The condo is within short distance of everything, which made it super easy for us to manage travelling anywhere with our toddler. The owner was very communicative and made everything easy so we could enjoy our holiday vacation.

Just a couple of things. No oil in the air fresheners which is fire hazard …no dish soap in kitchen .. need to leave more toilet paper. But very nice place. Noticed a lot of dust on the equipment under TV. Not complaining just informing in case you need to let your cleaning people know. We will be calling you next time we need a place that size. This was the perfect place for our family trip. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths worked really well. The location puts you close to everything.
I would recommend this place to others and would come back again.
The only item we couldn’t find were baking dishes. But with Walmart close by it wasn’t a big deal.

Beautiful place. Rooms were fantastic. Loved the screened in back “ porch”. Not much of a TV watcher but all worked and my sisters and brother loved theirs. I had a walk in shower which proved beneficial as I was injured while there. Big living room. Great kitchen. Just as advertised. Will definitely want to get the the next time I get to Branson for an extended stay. The location was in a excellent spot as well. 5 stars from me.

Some of the bathrooms didn’t have bath mats for the showers. The kitchen didn’t have a dish cloth to wash dishes. The property is really nice. I will rent this property again. Thanks

Great location for our girls trip. Had an issue with towels not being in one room and was handled right away. Clean and comfortable. Loved the porch area at this time of year.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. Everything was clean. There were a few things that concerned us. The layout of the bedrooms. Mine had the sink right as u walk in away from the commode The other was the parking it was down a very narrow drive for 2 cars. It was very difficult to park

We were largely pleased with our accomodations! The property allowed us to have private beds and baths but a nice area to spend time to together in common spaces.
The property was well stocked in terms of small appliances and utensils.
We would all would have appreciated an additional set of bath towels as well as a bath mat for outside the showers.
