La signalisation..

El alojamiento aparece en Booking como que se encuentra a 10-15km del aeropuerto cuando se encuentra a 25km y 30 minutos en coche mínimo. Cogí un taxi fiándome de la veracidad de Booking sin comprobar en el mapa (debería haberlo hecho) y pagué por cada trayecto 40 euros!! Lo cogí pensando que sería una opción asequible para hacer noche y salir al día siguiente temprano en un vuelo (ya que salía como opciones cercanas al aeropuerto) y nada que ver. Además el hotel calidad - precio es una locura, está en un sitio súper remoto, sin recepción 24h por lo que tienes que estar pendiente para hacer era check-in y que te llegue un código o estarás un rato por fuera de la puerta sin acceso. Además estaba lleno de humedades y para nada limpio, habían pelos por todo el baño y la bañera se rebosaba a lo mínimo. La alfombra del baño estaba amarilla... y todo esto por 90 euros la noche + 80 euros de taxi ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto. No lo recomendaría para nada.

La ubicación es interesante junto a la caldera. El hotel cumple sin sobresalir en ningún aspecto.

No hay personal en recepción. En mi habitación hacía fresco; si había calefacción no la localicé. Uno de los días el servicio de habitaciones no hizo el cuarto. Se cayó la barra de las cortinas.

Is de naam hotel niet waardig. Je komt er toe en kan er zelfs niet binnen. Geen receptie enkel met een code kan je binnen. Is precies een spookhotel waar er maar 1 verdiep van open is. Je moet door leegstaande kamers om het zwembad te bereiken wat zeer raar is. Zwembad is ijskoud en niet verwarmd. Enkel poetsvrouw aanwezig die soms komt en op 1 dag zelfs kamer niet gekuist. Douche loopt niet weg door het haar in het putje . Voor het ontbijt moet je naar de golf. Daar is er enkel wat koeken beschikbaar, zelfs geen confituur of beleg

Fantastic Location

Having a golf hole with random Golf players right outside our sliding windows able to look in, offering zero privacy. Nobody to welcome us in person, all automated checkin so there was no personal touch

The room is very simle but nice. Everyrhing is as you'd expect it to be in a hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and the shower provided plenty of water. There's a Pool as well although no one really used it. The view and outdoor location is absolutely breathtaking. You're next to the path down to the caldera as well as a small hill you can walk up to for an equally spectacular view. Very peaceful. The girl working at the desk in Las Palmas was super helpful and friendly even though she wasn't there in person. There is free coffee and water which I really appreciated.

The worst part was that it's part of a posh golf club which Don't allow most travelers to enter their restaurant. There's a dress code which I' sure most travelers can't comply with. There's no staff and I wasn't sent the access code in advance so I couldn't enter. I had to let in other guests myself as well at times. Due to the location it's very hard to get here if you don't own a car. The busses don't go often and a cab from Las Paslmas costs you around 40,- oné way. There's also barely any restaurants or food places nearby except for a town a couple of miles down the road (a bit too far to walk everytime you need some simple conveniencestore prodcuts) due to the golf club restaurant being limited to club members I got very hungry.

It was too hot day and we had a really bad night however the receptionist sorted out better solution. So we finally had a good days. Thank you.

The swimming pool was closed at 20:00. Also, the girden we couldn't stay then. I wish we would spend a bit more time outside of the fantastic views.
