Master ha un letto king size con un armadio completo e un bagno completo. L'area letti a castello doppia ha il suo secondo bagno completo. La zona giorno è aperta e ha un nuovissimo divano letto matrimoniale! 2 TV, Internet da 100 Mb e cavo con canali premium inclusi.
La cucina ha tutte le basi necessarie come microonde, fornelli, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, stoviglie, tazze, utensili, ecc. Per ospitare 6 persone. Tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone più una grande isola / bar con 3 sedie!
Un ampio balcone con vista sul lago dove è possibile assistere a spettacoli di fontane notturne in esclusiva per la LTW. Il resort in sé ha solo 10 anni, una scoperta rara nella zona!
Solo circa 190 gradini per la spiaggia dall'edificio, vicino all'ascensore o una breve passeggiata su per le scale. Tutti i servizi del resort sono inclusi nel noleggio: palestra a 2 piani, 5 piscine, parcheggio, ecc. NESSUN costo aggiuntivo. NESSUN check-in attendere. Carrelli per guardaroba / borse disponibili per l'uso presso il Security Desk. Great stay. Great condo. They have a heated pool and several hot tubs. King size bed was really comfy. Close access to the beach.

Two for One: Owner and Unit Amazing!
The owner Karen is amazing, she is very accommodating, responds super fast to your text. The unit was amazing, you will not go wrong staying here. Place was big and spacious, 5 min walk to the beach, and five pools. The clean up was very easy and our group had the best time since going on group vacations. You will not find a better tenet, place, and beach access with amazing five pools any where else. We will be back for sure!

It was everything we were looking for.
Laketown Wharf is AUSOME. So many things to do & the pools are great. Our condo was unbelievable & the owner couldn’t have been any better. Will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful and Exciting Vacation Stay
This property was very enjoyable to stay in. The accommodations were fantastic. Communication with the property owner was very pleasant as well. I will book through VRBO again as it has been a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay once again!
This is our second time back at this unit! The property managers are quick to respond and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay! The unit is clean and welcoming! We will be back next year!

Great host and condo! You never have to leave The Warf but have Pineapple Willie's and Waffle House within walking distance if you want other options. Definitely worth a walk across the street.

Clean, Modern and Accommodating
The location was grand, right across from the beach and only a couple of stories up in the high rise with a lovely view of the lagoon, pool and light show. At least four pools at various places in the building....the 10th floor rooftop one had a lovely huge hot tub the size of a pool. A two story fitness facility with large window was also very nice. The owners were very accommodating with all our questions....the condo was very clean, modern and well stocked with basic everyday needs. Fortunately the area around Panama City Beach that was devastated by last year's storm is being put back in top notch condition or better at a very speedy rate. Our condo building as well as most in the immediate area suffered no damage at all. We would certainly recommend this particular unit to anyone who wants to experience Panama City Beach.

Clean nice rooms
Clean room. Had everything you need from beach towels to beach chairs and luggage cart. I will for sure stay in this room again. Owner is amazing to work with and gives fast responses.

Wonderful condo and great owners.
Our family celebrated my son's high school graduation last week. The condo was fabulous, well stocked, and clean. The owners were very helpful in making sure our vacation was perfect. Having the beach chairs and towels available was a plus. The beach "stroller" was extremely useful. Our family will definitely be booking this condo again.

We just left from our stay at Laketown Wharf and could not be happier! The resort is beautiful and nice. The owners checked in on us and were always easy to reach if needed! The condo was clean and welcoming. Laketown wharf is beautiful and quiet our daughter LOVED the kiddie pool! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Location, Location, Location!
Very near to popular restaurants, shopping, beach and lagoon. The condo was clean, comfortable with nice onsite amenities. What truly makes this a 5 star property is the dedicated customer service provided by the owner. They really want you to enjoy your stay!
