Unica cosa positiva la vista magnifica dalla terrazza dell’hotel sulle piramidi e la sfinge.

Personale indescrivibile. Ho prenotato a novembre per un soggiorno a marzo, una camera queen deluxe vista piramidi. Arriviamo e senza dirci nulla ci fanno pagare la suddetta camera che, ovviamente, costa più delle altre… peccato che poi ci portano in una camera mini vista….. muro. Ho protestato prendendo la prenotazione su Booking e dicendo che io non ho pagato per questa camera, che costava ben 30 € di meno a notte! Hanno fatto storie ma sapendo che mi stavano truffando , dopo molta insistenza mi hanno dato ciò che ho pagato. Bellissima camera con vista (bagno molto fatiscente). Inoltre, per la sera prenotiamo un tavolo sul terrazzo per vedere lo spettacolo che c’è sulle piramidi ogni sera, arriviamo con anticipo di 10 minuti per sentirci dire che tutti i tavoli sono occupati e la prenotazione non vale….. scusate?! altra nota, il Wi-Fi NON ESISTE. Hanno una connessione che può ospitare un Max di 200 iscritti… peccato che il numero sia di gran lunga superato e che mi è stato risposta dalla ragazza della reception che non è un problema suo, perché hanno la proprietà le persone della zona che entrano e chiedono il Wi-Fi …. Quindi rimarranno attaccate per sempre..

Precios altos. Al pedir un taxi al conserje que mando buscar en la misma puerta cobró él por la carrera aplicando una tarifa totalmente abusiva.

This Hotel has an amazing view of the Pyramids, the staff is incredible nice and Helpful, the manager helped me exchange my Euros, because my bank card was not working in the country. Ziad was every day wearing a nice smile, Donia she was very attentive and helped me to explained about the bus station.. everybody was wonderful here. The roof top of the Hotel is great...and you can enjoy the sound and light show each night! I had a memorable Stay!! And never forget the great birthday that I had in Cairo. Thank so much for everything guys !!

The food is like everywhere in Egypt The chef needs to wake up because he prepares food with no taste and no imagination (breakfast was exactly the same during 2 days) but he wears a new jacket Maybe it is not him who cooks ?? If you would really like to see the Pyramid song and lights don't accept to see it from the hôtel Hyatt terrace, it is just for them a way to collect more money, because it is impossible to hear anything between all terraces that have their own music and mosque, but just the lights

The attention that Saba and Samir had was the best, they are exceptional workers, you can trust them to the fullest, but there was a man named Mohammed who was at the reception and the attention I received from that man is terrible, if you visit Hayat views pyramids ask to be received Samir is the best worker there

The hotel has so many things they can possibly improved on. However i do not know how to fault any thing about the hotel because the people who work there give you their genuine service. You will feel loved and taken care of The strength of this hotel is its people, the next best thing is the location. I hope they will improve the foods on the top floor and i hope they will improve the cleaning too. Overall, in case i return, i will be happy to stay again in the same hotel.

I hope they will lessen the charge of their tour package. Queen Sugar though is very sweet and very informative and we really like her.
