Very clean an comfortable apartment. In a very quiet location. The parking is in the courtyard, so your car is safe. There is a terrace and a little place for small kids to play in. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and there shower, and on the hallway there is a light with motion sensor, which is great when you wake up at night and can’t find the light switch. Both rooms have shutters.

Staircase are not safe, especially when climbing with suitcase. We waited for half an hour for code to enter the facility and then we needed to call the owner while in roaming...

The place is very cozy with all you need for a weekend getaway (or longer if you'd like) the bedroom is spacious, bathroom as well. There is stash of soft and alcoholic drinks available on trust-based system (you leave a compensation for what you consume). Outside patio is equipped with all you need for sunbathing or quiet hours enjoying your coffee or drinks.

Lack of dishwasher is a tad inconvenient.

It’s in a silent street, has own parking for the car. was very clean, neat and nice. Had everything we needed.

Would be useful a little couch in the lobby to could socialise. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything within the rooms. The mattress it’s a bit too hard.

The best place to stay, really cozy and compact, but it has everything you need,extremly clean and well keept! I can only recomend them! Will be back!

The apartment is a great place for a family accommodation. It has everything you need, quiet, tidy. The hosts even decorated the place for Christmas 🎅.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, we found everything we needed, the stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. The hosts thought everything through, from the map and public transportation directions to coffee capsules and extra towels. I asked for a baby crib and high chair and it was provided, the place also has an amazing WiFi speed. The beds are super comfortable, everything works fine. Moreover, there's a spacious patio and a designated parking spot. Also there's a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. We arrived by car, and traveling to the city center took about 20 minutes.

The apartment is great, super clean and spacy. You have your privacy. It has nice yard and parking lot. Everything is well organized, you get all instructions needed. Owners are very kind and they are always at the service and answering all questions. Beds are comfy. We had a perfect rest :)

If I had to find something it is that there wasn't a coffee pot, or at least we coudn't find it. It can be added for the guests who like to make Turkish coffee :)

The pension is located in a quiet residential area. The apartment we booked met all our expectations. Very clean, and had all we need.

Very good option for a short stop on our way. We checked in very late and the host gave us easy to follow instructions on how to get the key and enter the property. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is very comfortable, you feel just like home. You have everything you need. It looks exactly like in the pictures. You can see the attention to the details. It is very clean. The garden outside is beautiful. You have place for parking in the yard. If you come with car, it is very close to the main boulevard which continues directly from the highway. If you search for Green Garden Plus Apartman you will find the correct location on Google maps. The host provided us with easy and detailed information for check in and responded very quickly to our messages.

It is far away from main objectives in city center, 45 minutes at least with public transportation. But busses 54 and 55 are very close to the apartment. And this is compensated by the quietness and the lovely neighborhood, free parking in the yard. The frying pan is too used, and needs replacement.

Everything was really great, especially very good instructions for getting the key, unlocking gate for car etc. Also, apartment was clean.

Spacious enough for 2 with kitchen and dining area and also a nice walk in shower.

Air conditioner/heater blowing right over the sleeping area. Had a clothes washer but no dryer.

A cozy place in a very quiet district of Budapest. You are only 20 mins from downtown, but feels like countryside. Its very relaxing to sit in the garden's comfortable chairs with a glass of wine.

-quite and safe location -very welcoming apartment(decorated to feel like home) -big rooms -the owner is understanding and attentive to the client -if we could give a score of 20, it will be there eyes closed -it is the best location and owner we had so far and we traveled in some places. We will come here again for sure when being in Budapest.

The flat was nice, clean, with all the facilities needed.There was also a yard with nice swings.

The sofa in the living room was a bit too hard for me to sleep on.
