Location is great for restaurants and beach. Own really helpful, let us check in early, booked taxis for us and was generally on the end of the phone for anything

Bedroom on a mezzanine floor was not great for us, but as it was only for 1 night was OK. Lots of barking dogs in the area, so if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs and then it is not a problem. Nice place, nice owner and would visit again

We enjoyed our stay very much and the host is very welcoming and accommodating. Very recommended. I also forgot a piece of clothing and Dimitris was super helpful and sent it immediately to my home.

Great position and nice stucture for 2/3 persons

This is a lovely large apartment for two (it would fit more but we were just two) and very comfortable. It’s close to the beach and has great mountain views. Highly recommended.

it’s a really time point but a few extra things in the kitchen like a sharp knife and a chopping board would have been useful.

The location was excellent. The host was exceptionally helpful and very informative about trips to local sites. Pylos and Voidokilia beach are a must.

The bathroom needs upgrading.

Location was excellent, just a couple of blocks to the beach and the boardwalk with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Dimitri, the apartment owner, is a very nice person and very helpful.

The studio flat (flat 1) was in a new(ish) 3-storey building that felt secure and private. The location is excellent and very close to the sea and within walking distance from most sea-side action. Parking in the area may be problematic when busy but once parked you will not need to use the car often, especially night-time. The host, an intelligent intellectual, was friendly, approachable and easily contactable yet discreet. The flat included a fully equipped kitchen and a 2-level living room/bedroom arrangement that adds value on longer stays. There was a main balcony with a dining table for two and a service balcony that you can use for drying your washing as the flat included a washing machine. A large modern TV provided entertainment when sitting on the sofa in the open plan living room that extended to a small but functional kitchen. WiFi was stable and fast. Overall, flat 1 is perfect for two people (preferably a young couple) that would like to split their time in the house but being next to all nightlife action.

Everything was excellent. Parking can be difficult as the area is very central. A tent on the main balcony would improve privacy and provide some shade as currently its either/or. However, this is not something that would annoy most people.
