We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse at Bahia Vista! This bayfront property has beautiful bayside views and has easy walking and bus access to many activities and bars/restaurants!

The property was in the perfect location with beautiful views, and we were able to easily walk to the beach and boardwalk. I stayed with my family, and the property was perfect for the 8 of us. Alex was almost immediate in his replies and very helpful with anything we needed. I recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Alex's place. The view is amazing and the location is great. We thought it was a little far from everything and that we would have to drive everywhere but that is not the case. The beach and boardwalk are definitely in walking distance, which was an added bonus for us. The condo is also really spacious, which was another small surprise! The pictures don't do it justice. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer - would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything!

This was our second year staying at Alex’s beautiful condo. The location is perfect and the set up ideal for our group. The condo is bright and clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Kids love the pool at the end of the day and we love watching the nest of Ospreys and their babies outside the window.
We will definitely be back!

I really liked the place but was not prepared to have to bring sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. This was not told to us until the check-in instructions. I think it should be mentioned in the listing so we can better prepare. Overall, it was a great place though. Good location, overlooking the bay, clean, and roomy.

Property was very nice and as advertised. Could use a little updating fresh paint and new furniture but overall is good. Great bay views and beautiful sunsets! Owner Alex addressed a few small issues promptly. Alex was great to work with and we would rent again. If you’re looking for a spacious space with great bay views we recommend this end unit. Beds were comfortable, remember to bring all your linens, blankets and towels.

Beautiful condo, great location! Very comfortable for "girls weekend" where we just lounge, eat, come and go. Kitchen fully equipped for staying in and cooking (we were there in February when a lot of restaurants are closed). Alex was very responsive and a great host.

Everything was almost perfect! Condo was mostly clean but could have used a little more attention to detail when cleaning as floor were dirty and could have been better, but not enough from keeping us from coming back. Love it here and am so disappointed that it is not avail when we need for next year. I have a friendly suggesting... Black out curtains for the first bedroom on the left side. Thank you Alex for another great year at your lovely home!

Seeing the place in person was even better than the pictures.The view was breathtaking. We even saw fireworks one night from the window. The washer was big and worked great. Loved the kitchen, so many extras. You wont be disappointed. Short walk to the boardwalk.

This is our 3rd time staying in this property and we totally love it. The accommodations are suburb. The unit is very spacious and all of the appliances are updated. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We dealt directly and personally with the owner if there was an issue. He replied back to us immediately. This property gets an A+ from us.

Once again Alex’s place did not disappoint. We rent in Ocean City every year and it is VERY difficult to find a 4 BR place to accommodate extended family. Alex’s place is perfect. The location is ideal, a short walk to a prime beach and boardwalk location. The views from the unit are spectacular. There is an Osprey nest one building over and we spent a lot of the week watching them. They even perched on our balcony!
Alex is a terrific owner. He responds immediately to any questions and is a pleasure to deal with. Our family was so happy to vacation together. We will definitely be back!

This property is well maintained and very clean. The rental/ communication process with owner was simple. It is a great vacation spot in the heart of OCMD but with the quiet beauty of the bay.

The condo has amazing views and we just enjoyed it day and night! Alex told us exactly what we would need to bring ahead of time to make our stay comfortable. Location was walkable to beach and boardwalk. Our family had a great time!

This is an awesome place. The location is very good. It is convenient to the Boardwalk and many restaurants and attractions. The pictures are accurate. The condo is spacious and the views are amazing. Sitting on the back deck in the evenings for the bayside sunsets is so relaxing and beautiful. The owner was quick to respond to my texts. I had to take one star away for the ant problem. They were truly obnoxious! We had to do constant cleaning to keep up with them. At one point we found them swarming the baby’s pacifier! There are ant traps around but they are not working. Overall, it is a great place and I would recommend it.

Excellent property. Alex was wonderful to work with and very communicative. Loved the views. Kitchen was better stocked than any we have stayed previously. We always stay ocean front, but really enjoyed the bay side. Quieter and lots of boats to watch. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took my sisters and elderly mother, plus husbands to OC for a five day stay. We needed certain accommodations since my sister is in a wheelchair and my mom and her husband use canes for walking. This unit really did offer those accommodations plus everyone had their own private space and bath, the unit was conveniently located, as well as the absolute best view in ocean city! Alex was amazing with our pre-trip correspondence, as well as even answered a few questions during our stay. We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely loved the property the second we walked in the door. Beautiful views, rooms were perfect and place was so clean! Alex was so easy to get a hold of and work with. It was nice to meet him in person! I will definitely be rebooking this place in the future.

Great place on the bay. Sunsets where spectacular. Accommodations were great. Only problem with the building there were no carts to transport all of the things 6 mature ladies bring with them.

Beautiful bay-front penthouse condo! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The owners were very friendly and provided all of the information we needed to for an enjoyable get-away. Spacious and comfortable for everyone in our group with private bedrooms and baths for all three couples who attended our VERY mini 56th HS reunion! ;>)

This is he second time we have stayed at this property and it didn't disappoint. The location is terrific, the views are spectacular and the place is clean and comfortable. The sofa really should be replaced, but otherwise all furnishings were great. We would definitely stay again.
