They quoted different prices than the prices for which we booked and then they cancelled our bookings.This is so disgusting with a high price they gave us a small unhygienic room.Very poor

My booking total including all taxes was RS 2149 through booking.com but they charge me more RS 825 for my stay !!!!!! One more thing we didn't like the door lock. We can't open our room (402)lock after locking for single time without the help of room service.

I saw the check in time is 6.00 am but the hotel manager said "Check in time is 12.00 pm.If you wish to check in right now you have to pay additional 600 INR."Very bad experience.
