Great location..

Needs an additional wc and bathroom

The house was very pleasant, well equipped and location great for our wedding in Clifton.

The house really should have a second bathroom. The current bathroom is huge (although bath tub unusable as no bath plug), this room could be split into two bathrooms. Or a toilet could be installed under the stairs on the ground floor.

comfortable beds, large bath towels, easy to use key safe, plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.

This was a very beautiful home from home, booked this for family visiting for a wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. Nice and clean, super spacious, amazing location and very easy to access. All communication was prompt and clear with finding and accessing the location a simple process. The home somehow looked better in person than the images.

Enjoyed everything! - would book this again when family are visiting next time.

Another toilet would have been good

the kitchen was very well equipped and we used it as our main room downstairs. we also liked the helpful communications with Max.

it would be helpful to have a separate toilet - one bathroom / WC is not a lot for 8.

The owner was very prompt in any questions I needed asking and organised the permit parking that was needed

large rooms plenty of beds. separate dining room and lounge. towels etc provided

only one bathroom for a house that sleeps 8. owners very hard to get hold off. received no welcome back or any instructions on arrival. had to message for details . parking is very complicated with minimum stay car parks only. and all streets resident permit holders.

Good location, great for Bristol Harbour. Spacious house. Parking permits can be paid for for easy parking.

The size of house needed another another bathroom. Also courtyard needed cleaning up.

Great location. We made good use of the garden, kitchen, oven and laundry washer.

The weather was unusually hot while we were there but the property didn't have any fans to improve circulation to cool the room down for sleeping at night. Some rooms couldn't get any breeze through.

The house was clean and well-equipped. The beds were lovely and comfy, the linen and towels were good quality. The whole place was nicely decorated. It was spacious and there was loads of fridge space. I loved the little garden area. It is a lovely home from home.

The sofas were not very comfy. The house was very hot on the top floor but I guess this will be a bonus in the cold weather. I did phone prior and speak to the host to see if there were fans at the house as we knew the temperature was very warm during our stay; he said he’d get a couple of fans put in the house before our arrival but he didn’t follow through with his promise. Finally, I thought the advert was slightly misleading. It’s says ‘waterfront house’ and there’s a pic of the river so I naturally assumed it was located, looking over the river: it wasn’t. That didn’t make much of a difference to our stay but I did have a vision of looking out and seeing water from the house.

Lovely house with loads of character. Bright and airy rooms. Very comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. Short walk to the harbour. The host was helpful and organised our parking permits before our stay.

Overall we were extremely happy with our accommodation.

Very roomy and well presented . Nice quiet location near the waterfront and can walk to town. Good for a group.

Could do with adding a 2nd bathroom given that it sleeps up to 8. Smelt of cigarettes downstairs. Blind in one of the bedrooms doesn't come all the way down and let's a lot of light in.

The cleaner did not come! So it was very dirty beds weren’t clean did report back and got £50 back

Excellent location. Lovely walk along the river in to the town centre. Really lovely house.

Cooker could do with a clean. Grumpy neighbour when we arrived complaining about recycling being put out which was done prior to our arrival.
