A warm welcoming home and host. wendy reached out as a sweet, accommodating angel and made us feel like family. the home was more than we could have asked for. loved cooking meals, relaxing on the porch, and falling into a deep slumber when our get away trip had the best of us. nothing compares to a place you can call home away from home

Our stay at this property was absolutely everything we expected, and more! The house was very clean, well stocked, and well decorated. We loved how 1 bedroom was located in the front with the 2nd being in the rear of the house, as it added to the privacy since we stayed with some friends. It was an easy 15 min Uber or Lyft ride to downtown and really couldn’t be easier. Overall, we would rate this property A++ and would book again without hesitation.

Our stay at the East Nashville Getaway was absolutely perfect. We were two couples in town for a concert, and absolutely loved the house, the location and Nashville. The two sets of bedrooms/bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house which is perfect for two couples to still have their space, but enjoy being together. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back! Not a single complaint, and really enjoyed exploring the restaurants/bars nearby in addition to downtown and Franklin, TN historical sites.

The house was cozy, clean, and convenient! We enjoyed our long weekend in Nashville and would definitely stay here again in the future. Perfect for two adults. We loved watching the birds in the morning on the deck. Thank you for a great stay.

It was perfect for two couples. Decorated beautifully. Well situated to get to all Nashville has to offer. One slight drawback would be the trains that are right behind the house. They did not really bother us though

Had a great weekend in Nashville! The size and location of the house was perfect. The house was very responsive. After the first night, even the train didn’t bother us. We wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again.

This gem right outside of downtown Nashville was exactly what we needed for our Christmas stay. Our adult kid really appreciated having the full 2nd bathroom to herself. Super comfy for staying in but close enough to downtown for going out. The beds/bedding were dreamy and the couch was big enough for all 3 of us to hang out and watch movies. The open air design makes it seem big but cozy. Host has thoughtfully stocked the house and the decor is tasteful. It’s less than a 15 min drive to downtown and also a reasonable price for an Uber. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Only caveat is the parking pad in front and the walk up to the house is a little steep and may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Would highly recommend this place if you are in Nashville.

Trip was fun! Host was easy to reach, even shipped some items we forgot back to us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to broadway. There are also lots of coffee shops and places to eat thay are a short druve. We would stay here again when returning to Nashville.

Came for Thanksgiving with our Nashville family, and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Adorably decorated —extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming! Clear instructions —everything was just perfect, and we wished we could stay longer!

The house was exactly as described, it was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We always had quick access to an Uber to take us to Broadway which was convenient. I would stay here again!

Amazing property!!!

This VRBO vacation home is perfect for a stay in Nashville. The home itself is charming and tasteful in design. It has plenty of room to relax after a day spent in Nashville. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge. The second bedroom and bathroom is smaller but fine. The included noise machines drown out the trains at night. The house is very well stocked! Wendy is just a phone call away, but we never had any problems to even need to call her! We were just a short distance from Broadway. We used Uber the entire stay and it was very reasonable and quick. No problem at all! We avoided all the parking problems and expense of downtown. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Nashville. I highly recommend this place!

Came into town for both a college visit and wedding. House was centrally located to everything we jammed into the action packed weekend. Very spacious, clean, even bigger than the pictures made it seem. More than enougj room for us. Much better than a tiny overpriced hotel room. Close by to close of food options and three grocery stores. Would easily stay there again when in town.

This was such a cute house! The decor was great and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close enough to Uber to the Grand Old Opry and Broadway. Would stay here again! The train goes by several times a day but it did not wake us up at night. The check in process was very simple

This was such a great house. It was a quick 13 minute drive to downtown Nashville and a quick 11 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry. The house was spotless with a super comfortable vibe. The beds were very comfortable with a memory foam topper on both the king and queen beds. I highly recommend this place!!

It was excellent and accommodating in every way

We two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return! The front bedroom queen size bed looked a bit smaller somehow (more like a full size) but it was fine. The back bedroom king-size bed was very comfortable. This home is nicely decorated, kitchen was also well stocked including two types of coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and we made use of both. There were plenty of towels and hot water and extra pillows / blankets. While it's true that we could hear the trains passing nearby that honestly was no big deal to us. The house is very cute and in a location just a short drive from downtown and Broadway Street! There are also some restaurants and bars very nearby. We all felt totally safe there. Wendy was quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this rental to any of our friends.
