Meraviglioso due camere da letto, due bagno di casa sul mare a South Yarmouth. Ubicato lontano nella comunità esclusiva di 'Bass River', questo lungomare rifugio non lascia nulla dietro. This house is the perfect cape getaway. Located steps away from beach with private path and picturesque views of Nantucket sound are unmatched. House has large open floor plan on main level and fantastic views from the deck on the master bedroom. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants of Yarmouth and Hyannis. If you love the beach this is the house for you. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely perfect location steps from an uncrowded white sand beach. Plenty of indoor & outdoor space for two friends enjoying a break away. Friendly host with helpful suggestions to make the most of our visit to the area. Fun restaurant/bar a flat 10 minute walk away, lots of food shops and restaurants 5 minutes drive. Well located to visit many of the pretty Cape Cod villages. We had a lovely time, thank you

Beautiful house, great open concept kitchen/living room, comfortable furniture with great view. View from upstairs bedroom can’t be beat. Dine outside on patio or read a book from the upstairs deck. Just steps to the soft sandy beach. Was a perfect getaway for our family. We’ll be back!

Beautiful location on the water.The grounds outside are well maintained No effort was given to prep the condo for our visit which was probanly the first for the season. (May 10). Broken screen sliders and loose handle and lock on master bedroom glass slider. Dirty countertops and stove top cover in cleaning powder but not wiped. Missing Or Dead lightbulbs in the bathrooms. No master binder to refer to in order to inform quests where items could be found. Bedroom floor had spackle remnants all over it that I had to sweep up. Carpeting on the stairs leading up to the second floor and in the hallway very dirty not vacuumed. The host appreciated me detailing the condition of the condo which I did so on Saturday morning after check-in on Friday. The host responded to me on Sunday. As I said, the view and location is gorgeous. The host is missing opportunities for repeat visitors with the lack of effort in preparing the property.

Walking in you see floor to ceiling views, and the master also has amazing floor to ceiling views and sliders that open so you can hear the waves. I had an amazing relaxing stay in October. The place was very clean, and the listing accurate. Would be comfortable for family of 4. Nice private neighborhood and beautiful beach. I would absolutely recommend. We are thinking about coming back in the summer!

The view from both levels of this home are breathtaking. We loved the central location mid-Cape giving us access to several towns and fabulous restaurants.

Excellent location in a very nice neighborhood. Ocean front with 100 foot walk to your own beach area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys looking at the ocean

Great rental. The condo itself is a little tired inside but you can't beat the location. Literally steps to the sand, views from every room, off street parking for two cars and minutes from anything you could every want on Route 28. If you want to be on the beach in an upscale area, this is it. I would rent again.

The view! The view! The view! The beach was right there for the taking. The ocean was so close, you could hear the waves crashing as if they were 2 ft away. It was perfect for our 2 night stay, would've loved to stay longer. Amenities were correct, the interior and exterior was spotless. Will be back, just bring linens and towels.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. The pictures do not do it justice. The living room furniture was very comfortable and cozy for watching movies and sports. My husband and I enjoyed sunrise walks every day while our teens slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.! Thank you!

The positives: Incredible location near everything you need on the beach in South Yarmouth. And the beach? 25 yards out the back door with amazing views of the relatively secluded section from both the downstairs and upstairs master bedroom.
But expect what you may find on much of the Cape. This is a very tired and old building begging for some TLC. If you want clean and modern, you'll have to pay huge dollars for something in Chatham or one of the newer hotels on the main drag in Hyannis well away from the beach.
For a Fall weekend, it's perfectly fine. For a family on a budget in the summer, probably the same. Note that they don't provide bath towels or linens, which is an issue if you are flying from afar vs. driving down from Boston. You pay a premium for the beachfront vs. options across the street. I recommend it, but the lack of any effort to update the condo forces me to only give this a net 3 Star rating.

ideal location for a family
The location was perfect - the home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean - the highlight was definitely the property. A beautiful backyard with a path right to the beach. The location is perfect for kids riding bikes or scooters and a quick walk to the playground. I would definitely visit here again and we are very grateful for the accommodations the owners made for our stay.

Tremendous stay in Yarmouth
Spent a Th-Mon over Memorial Day Weekend at this property and had a great time. Our small child was able to be in the pack and play in the closet of the master and our other child took the guest. This works well for parents with finicky little sleepers that need darkness. The proximity to the beach could not be beaten, as the beach is only footsteps from the back porch. Great to wake up to. You can walk west on the beach and go down to The Skipper Restaurant. Great spot though time when you go to avoid a wait. There is also a playground down that way. We ate at the Pancake Man for breakfast and it was excellent. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were beyond helpful on all fronts. Great spot we hope to return to.

Perfect location, excellent hosts
Spacious waterfront home. Backyard patio. Updated kitchen. Bathrooms are older but functional. We had a few issues that hosts worked hard to fix. Would stay again.

Just wonderful
The house is beautiful and just steps from the beach. I woke up to a sunrise over the water every morning. The Neighborhood was quiet, convenient to main roads and access to everything I needed. Woukd definitely stay here again.

What a Treasure
The view was magnificent! The house is cute and close to everything! We paid for the view and it didn’t disappoint! Be prepared to pay for bed linens, that was a big surprise.

Disappointment
We have stayed at this location for the past 3 years. First year was GREAT!! Second year there were signs that the upkeep on the property was failing and this past year there were additional damaged areas and some items that still needed repair from year 2. It will be the last time we stay there for the following reasons.
Back screen door was terribly ripped such that we could not open the inside door for air because a small animal could easily get in, the grab bar in upstairs tub was broken, multiple lights out on both floors to name a few.
I realize most rentals are managed by third party firms but the owner should definitely do a walk thru regularly because the location is the only thing going for this rental.

The location is wonderful - steps to the beach and the property had awesome ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom.
The WiFi connection was not very good - that was the one downside of this property.

Perfect size for a family of 5
Despite only having two bedrooms, there was plenty of room for a family of five in this property. The second bedroom is large enough for a blowup air mattress or a rollaway cot(it’s tight, but works), two full baths allowed multiple showers at one time and convenience when getting ready to go out, dining table fit five and counter seating fit four. Living room has larger sofas than what is photos. Location was perfect!

Incredible Stay
Our stay could not have been more perfect. The place is much nicer than the pictures lead you to believe and has plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night from the master bedroom. You are literally STEPS to an absolutely perfect beach. We look forward to returning!

Gorgeous views
We enjoyed our weekend getaway here, the views were wonderful even if the weather was less than ideal. Only downside was the timeliness of check in and the landscapers blowing debris as we were unloading and scratching my vehicle. Absolutely a great property if you’re looking for a beach getaway

Great location, relaxing beach
We had a great stay here. The location is fantastic and when we were there, the beach wasn’t busy at all, it was so nice to walk right out the back door and take a walk on the beach. Very convenient with young children and there’s a playground right next to the beach that’s just about a 10 minute walk away. We’d definitely return.

Perfect Beach House
This house could not have been better. We were looking for a quiet house on the beach, and found exactly what we wanted. The house faces the beach with sliding glass doors on the first and second floors. Waking up to the sounds of the waves was wonderful. We took our coffee out to the water’s edge each morning, and took lots of walks in the sand. A good grocery store is about five minutes away, and an amazing sushi restaurant (Saga Sushi) very close by. I can’t imagine a better place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful seashore.

amazing location with access to everything within a few miles !
Location was right on the beach as advertised. The bedroom was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Multiple bathrooms with showers was very convenient, even for only two people. The property is perfect for beach lovers.

Short but sweet
We were able to squeeze in a bit of adventure as well as a bit of relaxation even though our stay was short. This rental was a perfect location and size for our family of five. The beach is truly just steps away and we were comfortable sitting on the deck while our 11 year old cartwheeled on the beach because she was so near. Everyone we met, especially Eileen, was friendly. None of us wanted to leave! But we certainly hope to return.

Unbelievable beach house with spectacular views. Only steps from a beautiful beach that was wonderful for walks even in March. Will be coming back regularly. Home owner was very easy to work with!
