They were very accommodating in looking after us.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and really spacious. Beds were super comfortable and big. My toddler couldn't sleep as the street lights were coming through the blinds so they kindly moved us to another room with less windows during the night. Breakfast was delicious. A really lovely family run hotel that made us feel right at home.

Would be great if the curtains were black out. But other than that everything else was perfect.

We booked a deluxe room with a bath to celebrate our wedding anniversary .We thought we would have a lovely romantic The room we had only had a shower very very disappointing to say the least as I had purchased floating candles for the bath and other extras to relax

Good location for Glasgow. Public transport nearby for Glasgow. Buzzing restaurant in hotel. Breakfast was limited would have liked fresh fruit put out and water. Staff always friendly and helpful. Love the complementary Tunnocks tea cake.

Bathroom small and tight. Room lighting dark perhaps a reading light by the bed? Cups and glasses not changed daily.

We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. A lovely cosy hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing. The cooked breakfast is superb and the black pudding deserves a special mention! We also like the eco-friendliness of NOT supplying toiletries that guests can takeaway (2 in 1 shampoo dispenser and body wash dispenser provided). The daily wee treat in the room is a nice touch.

No usb port in the bedroom and only one socket point accepted standard UK plugs.

Breakfast was very nice. We hadn't booked for Dinner and it was very lively in the bar/bistro but the guy was very helpful and found us a table quite quickly. Great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious!

At breakfast the chef was late so we had to wait for the cooked part, but they brought us lots of toast and coffeee and tea was readily available. Very nice when the main event finally came.
