The location was stunning and the property itself was well kitted out with pretty much everything you would need. Really comfortable and well designed layout!

The lane up to the property could do with some attention. 3 properties run off the water system which is not designed to cope with the usage - of our 6 night stay we had no water for 2 days. Had to leave without a wash or shower! The owner made excuses, but this seems to be a recurring theme as stated in the visitor book! Would need to have a mop or brush at the property as when its wet outside, the door mats don't adequately remove stones and dirt, which makes the tiled floor grubby.

Mary Larkin’s cottage is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Its surroundings are beautiful and the cottage is quaint and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

The cottage is cold and needed a lot of heating. It wasn’t an issue for us but might be off putting for others.

Location was beautiful but wouldn't have booked it if I had known about the narrow road up to it.

We were unfortunate that the wash basin was blocked, oil ran out and all dining chairs were broken. An attempt was made to fix the wash hand basin, oil was replaced but no attempt to fix the chairs which were not safe.

We love the house peace and quiet and very comfortable cottage and scenery was lovely and lovely fire and cosying we cottage and value for money we be back if the owners have us lol

There was no phone service up where we stay at just incase we had emergency and emergency from our family no way getting through

The dishwasher broke down.

The location was good and peaceful surroundings amazing views lots of walks nearby. U could come and go when it suited.

The lane to the cottage could have been better and better sign posted. Maybe a little tidy up around the outside of the cottage.
