Totul a fost frumos.

Amplasare excelenta, pizza excelenta, multe baruri la dispoziția clienților. Mulțumiri Zheniei de la recepție, foarte amabila si primitoare.

Nu exista posibilitatea de a întinde la uscat un prosop sau un costum de baie, mâncarea puțin variata, check-out la 11.00 a.m., apa din piscina f. rece.

- The hotel is very close to the beach - Beach is private for Astoria guests - Free drinks for Astoria guests from beach bar from 10:00 - 17:00 - Food was varied and good, with plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant, you could always find available tables at all times - Room was clean and big, with mini fridge and safe (although you have to pay in order to use the safe because it comes locked, I believe it's around 35 BGN for 7 days) - Cleaning crew will come everyday if required to make up room and change towels etc. - There is also an Asian and an Italian restaurant besides the regular one, but those require reservations for dinner which are made 1 day in advance at least - Even though I did not have a "sea-view" room, I could still see it from the balcony - Activities for kids at certain time intervals - Bars near the restaurant, pool and beach Neutral - We did not try the spa services so I can't comment on that - We didn't spend time by the pool, although I didn't see anything impressive when I went to look around

- Although room was clean, we did see some ants around the room - Bathroom did not have ventilation on control, or while lights were on, it was controlled automatically by hotel and it didn't necessarily start when there was steam in the bathroom - Food was good, not great and some things felt tasteless on occasion - Parking is not guaranteed, but if you do have a place, it's 20 BGN per day, it's definitely not free which I find annoying since I ended up paying close to 100 euro for a 7 day stay for parking alone - Although they tell you not to reserve the sunbeds on the beach because hotel staff will remove the towels, they don't actually do that, they just leave a paper with the rules on the sunbeds, so of course everyone keeps doing it. As a consequence, in my 7 day stay I never got a sunbed in the first few rows although I was on the beach at 8:30 and there were only around 20 people on the beach, but only around 40% sunbeds were available, mostly in the rows close to the street - Occasionally we found cutlery and glasses that weren't properly cleaned, so take a look before you use them and ask for replacement if necessary - The dinner we had at the Asian restaurant was disappointing, not much variety in food choices, we did not try the Italian restaurant - Not the best quality of drinks offered

Very good organization. Very nice wiev from pool area. Spacious room. Good location. Fast moving employees.

The main restaurant very crowded. No coffee till 7.30am.

The beach area is not so well managed !

We had a great time. We loved everything! The food was fresh and plenty, the room with the view to the seaside was perfect, the staff was nice and always ready to help for everything we needed. We tried all 3 restaurants, the dinnners were lovely! We really loved our vacation!

The beer is not ok, it is too bitter. Everything else was great. We found a parking slot for the 7 days and around 8 - 8:30 in the morning there were also sunbeds available at the beach. We will come back for sure!
